Website is user-friendly. Customer service is adequate. Have puchased 4 Polygon's to date. First a (S) Premier 5 for one of my twin boys, then a (L) Siskiu T8 for me. Most recently, 2-(M) Siskiu D6's for the twins. They're great bikes, and not just for the money. Shipping was fast. Definitely recomend Bikes Online.

Shopping was simple. After reading some of the reviews about the bike quality. I took a chance. It paid off. Purchase the S7 because of the color. The bike is gorgeous. Handles great, rides smooth, and rolls fast. All my friends were impressed. The setup is equal to any bike the priced at 3 to 5 thousand. I shall enjoy this one for many years to come.

Because I had an unpleasant experience buying a bike online before, I was still worried and hesitated. Finally, I tried to place an order. Although there was cable damage in the transportation process, I negotiated with customer service, followed their suggestion to change a new cable from the local bike shop, and got my refund (repair). Either the post service or the bike itself, I would say they are all excellent. Well worth buying back or recommending to my friends and colleagues.

Buying a bike on line couldn’t have been any easier. I found all the information on line to help me decide how to buy and which bike to buy for my grandson. The bike was well worth the money, was shipped quickly, packed very well, and easily and quick to assemble. I did call and talk to a representative and was able to get all my questions answered and the representative was very knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first about buying a bike on line. Know I would highly recommend buying a bike from this company.
I received excellent customer service, a very fair return policy for a Christmas gift and a perfect bike for my grandkid that didn't need a return anyway. The only complaint with the whole process is FedEx--if they'd used UPS for my delivery, I wouldn't have any complaints.
Polygon bikes are bang for your buck especcially during covid when prices went up!
Great full suspension MTB for the price. My son loves it and it's a really well built bike for the price.
First, I am not one of those people that will take the time to disparage a company or write a review because I have the time. I ordered a bicycle from them on 12/10 and yes I know I was cutting it close. But the delivery said before Christmas. So I went ahead to place an order. On 12/22 they sent me an email (not a phone call) saying that they had oversold the bicycle that I had ordered. They offered another one in another color which would have been fine and a $50.00 off that model. The problem was that they could not deliver by Christmas. I called them and asked if they could make it right and send it by Saturday, Christmas Eve, no can do. I would have been okay except that this was the one present my son had asked for. Yes I should have ordered sooner but couldn’t they have at least called and offered the other model? Also I find it sketchy that they realized that they realized that they “oversold” the bicycle the week of delivery.
Non existent customer service. Bike promised to arrive days before Christmas. Sad 6 year old still with no bike.
Promised 5 day delivery and it's been almost 2 weeks and still no bike.
Price was good, however shipping experience left me very unlikely to recommend. Item was shipped 4 days early, which was over a holiday (Thanksgiving) weekend when I was not home. Shipped early great right? Nope, as there was no indication when I ordered it I would have to be present to sign for it. Ensuing email updates from Bikes Online as well as FedEx were confusing and contradictory, and customer service at both ends was of little assistance trying to locate my bike after the original delivery attempt when I got back home. When the bike finally arrived, box was severely damaged on the outside and the inside boxes were in pieces as well (not sure whose fault, bikes online, Fed Ex or both). There were parts inside loose and banging around and the bike had chipped paint on one spot. At this point I was willing to accept that, not wanting to deal with the nightmare of trying to send the bike back. The front skewer was also missing, probably falling out of the large hole in the box, so I could not attach the wheel. Called Bikes online for a replacement Dec 1, which they agreed to send....eventually. I just got a notice the skewer will (hopefully) be delivered Dec 20th. Pretty lame having to wait almost 3 weeks for a part that should have been with the bike to begin with. That and the lousy condition the package arrived in, and general don't care attitude about correcting mistakes would make me hesitant to buy from them. While the price was good, there were other online bike sellers where I could have done just as well, probably with a lot less hassle.
