Ordered two engraved pens to take with me abroad as presents for my business associates. Gave the company sufficient time for delivery. Only one arrived & they’ve no recollection of where the other pen is. Rang numerous times but still no solution. Bitterly disappointed & will never ever use this company again.

Ordered a photo cushion of one of my paintings and was thrilled with it. Ordered two more this year and the results were disappointing, the colours were grey and faded BUT they immediately re-did the order and sent the improved ones straight away with no quibbles and no charge.
