Jul 02,2022Gift items look to be of good quality, will update on receipt. The process of trying to personalise the gift was not straightforward as it was not clear what message you could request - a standard format with insufficient room to include the full text made life interesting.

I wish I could share a photo of what arrived - it was tiny 10 inch not 12) and the top two corners protruded like big ears with the seams adjoining the zip somehow sewn in at a very strange angle. Needless to say it was far from anything that I could give as a gift. The company did acknowledge that it wasn’t correct and refunded me, but I would have little faith in their quality control and wouldn’t risk using them again. The express postage described as 1-2 days was actually Royal Mail 48 hour so don’t expect any hope of next day delivery if you need an order fast.

Jun 28,2022Good website, great gift options but there is way to track the package. I received an email saying my order has been dispatched but no updates after that and it has been more then 24hrs... I did pay for the 1-2 day delivery.
