Day 22 After 22 days of chatting they do not know where the package is. I am fighting with my nails and teeth to have my money back. And they wrote for 3 times in a row via email: Following on from your email below….., we reiterate as we are unable to establish the whereabouts of your ‘re-sent’ parcel and it seems unlikely at this stage this will reach you unfortunately, if you are able to remove your 1 star reviews from Trustpilot please we will refund the full amount paid back into your account. We are extremely keen to draw a line under this matter, however as you can appreciate the comments on Trustpilot are slanderous, incorrect and damaging to our business. I did call 7 times today but no answer. I did ask for a formal complain procedure, no answer. They can now keep my money, as i care more about all of us customer been treated better, with more respect for our money and to avoid that their awful service will not be provided to anyone else ever again.

Great company to deal with but I sent the gift to the couple getting married. There was nothing on the site to do this, so I rang and asked if they could put a note in the order saying who it was from. They could not do it, so the order went very quickly to them and I had to contact my son to ask him to let them know the gift was from us. Spoilt the idea really.
