Nov 20,20213 weeks to the day of ordering the bed, mattress and headboard, they all arrived. Well packed and the delivery firm told they were 20 minutes away, which they were. The bed itself is great, lovely height and the mattress is super comfy. Good size drawers. Headboard is really a great addition to the bed. So happy to have gone back to a conventional mattress from a memory foam one. Good experience all round. And British made! Brilliant

Being sent the colour and material searches was really helpful as we could then make our decision re design. The bed arrived much sooner than we expected which is great and the delivery service was excellent, the guys brought it upstairs and were very friendly and careful of our home. Fantastic service!

Nov 18,2021We are very pleased with our bed and the delivery. It would have been a 5 star had there been a service where we could have had the bed put together. At 87 and 75 we had to wait a week and get a handyman who we paid to erect the bed. Other than that we think the bed and mattress are excellent quality

Oct 19,2021Really pleased with our experience, starting from ordering fabric samples to receiving our super king ottoman bed. Really pleased with quality and finish. The only reason for this not being a 5 star review was that the list of fixtures and fittings provided, and instructions to put the two halves together, didn’t match what was provided (possibly an update needed). Everything needed was there but a less confident person might have panicked. Our daughter is in the process of looking to purchase a bed as well.

Oct 11,2021Its great we only purchased the base and really happy with it, at last a bed that you wont need a step ladder to get in it. Well made one little gripe a screw hole in the joining clips would be great. Will recommend the company to everyone.

Oct 10,2021We ordered a divan bed base. The product and service were excellent. They send two people to deliver it, who contact you beforehand to book at convenient delivery time. The bed base itself is well made. We will buy from them again next time we are looking for a bed.

The ability to order swatches of material before placing your order was a very Good feature and they arrived super fast. Thir website is both well.kaid out and easy to use. The courier company they use is also of the same high standard.

Delivery was booked for the 5th & on the 4th we were called to advise that this was being changed to the 6th without any explanation or apology. New time slot was between 9-12 but by 12 the delivery hadn’t arrived. Again I called to chase & again no apology. The order did arrive by 1pm but the promised 2 man delivery to the room of your choice did not happen. It was one man & he just left the bed base inside our front door. Not impressed with the whole delivery process but base seems decent enough.

Oct 04,2021I ordered a double mattress medium and true to their commitment the mattress arrived 10 days later, the two-man crew took it to the room of my choice - Great service! - the mattress is medium and is FANTASTIC! my sleeping has improved... I have chronic conditions and this has improved my sleep position and I can get comfortable quicker - highly recommend it!

Oct 01,2021The mattress is extremely comfortable. It doesn't go into a hollow, is supportive without being hard. Or only issue was with the delivery process, very short notice, when we were unable to be here in the first offered delivery time/date we then didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks. When we did get a second date and time it was at one day's notice.

Nov 20,2021The beds I ordered are really great. Just what I expected …. Perfect. Look great in the bedrooms and plenty of storage underneath. The quality of the fabric I chose was really good. Also very easy to assemble. I have recommended your company to friends who are in need of new beds too. Delivery was also very good too and promised with in the time frame you gave me.
