Jan 19,2022An excellent service throughout. Receiving samples of fabric in advance of ordering enabled us to choose an ideal colour match, and communication was excellent throughout in response to my queries. I would definitely use British Beds Direct again, and highly recommend them.

Jan 19,2022The single bed was delivered ahead of Christmas though unfortunately there wasn't a visible hole for the feet to be inserted. I contacted the customer care team and they offered advice to complete the job myself, but as I have no tools they swiftly contacted the homeserve team who sent a technician out to rectify the issue. Great service and the product is worth every penny. Thank you all!

Jan 18,2022I bought this headboard in the peacock blue and it looks beautiful. Overall I am pleased it, but only gave it 4 stars because I did have a bit of difficulty when assembling it as two of the screws ( one on each side) did not line up with the holes correctly. I had to leave one screw out, thought that it was not too important as I don’t plan on moving it anytime soon, but it does look really lovely.

Jan 18,2022Happy with the divans and the turnaround. Would happily buy again. They were only delivered to the ground floor though so had to carry them up four flights of stairs. Not the easiest alone. Because of this, I would be very reluctant to order anything heavier.

I had to chase and chase at the 15 working days and then was rung and told the bed would be delivered in 20 minutes in the middle of the day when I was not in so I was left with no bed and no way of getting a bed to sleep on. Maybe that’s fine if you’re able bodied etc but it’s not if you’re disabled, it’s making me unwell. I didn’t understand at all what was happening with delivery because someone was going to ring me about delivery and never did. Courier company seem to be completely uncontactable and very unreliable. Buy from another website if at all possible.

Jan 13,2022Brought the low double base divan ,19cm. For my 87 yrs old mother who has been struggling to get into her high divan bed. She was adamant she would not get rid of her extremely deep mattress so I had to find a very low base and it had to be a divan!! Very pleased with it!

Beautiful single ottoman bed.Very well made and finished and even had a solid wood base where you store blankets etc..( even very expensive beds have just a piece of very thin and saggy black material stapled around the edges.). It should last for donkeys years.Thank you again from an extremely happy customer. 5* PLUS. Jean.

Jan 12,2022Confirmation after order from BBD was poor, Just a two line plain text acknowledgement. Delivery was later than we thought as there was no further communication until there logistics company was due to deliver The delivery guys dropped the bed out of the van onto the road. That said the quality of the bed and headboard is good and well made.

Nov 22,2021Fast delivery and good quality - They manufacture in-house so savings are passed on to consumers. gave 4stars instead of 5 because delivery clearly said they would deliver to any room in the house, but when the delivery arrived they said they did not have this instruction and could only deliver to the hallway. I think the delivery guys were pulling a fast one and trying to get away with it. I did not argue as their shoes were filthy and did not want them to go upstairs on the carpet.

Nov 22,2021Bed - a side opening king ottoman bed in 2 parts - was delivered as promised, went together very easily, was very well trimmed in the chosen fabric (I'd had a few sets of nice sized samples sent out to choose from, too). My only slight criticism would be that the platform top doesn't seem super-rigid - being a thin board material over a few slats; though it's backed by a 5 year warranty so I expect not to have anything to worry about.
