Sep 30,2021After much searchingon line for a reputable company and good price I ordered a floorstanding headboard, I ordered sample fabric and chose a beautiful blue colour , My super king size headboard was delivered in perfect condition beautifully made and in the time specified I am completely satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend anybody who is searching for a custom-made headboard to use British beds Direct. They gave excellent service answered emails promptly fabric samples where quick to arrive and my item is beautiful in every way do not pay more from anyone else their prices are excellent value for money I would recommend to anyone

Sep 30,2021Very helpful had a partial refund due to did a problem with the quality as couldn't attach the casters without re-drilling the holes that hold the caster sockets

Sep 30,2021Hi The communication & the delivery service were overall good. The beds are also good & sturdy. I ordered beds with 2 storage drawers each. The drawers were all good except one that doesn't fit very well in & out its space in the bed.

Sep 29,2021Bed took ages to arrive and when it did only half the fixings were there! My son was desperate to set the bed up as we had just moved and he was sleeping on the floor. After several emails they sent all the fixings out. Very poor quality and service considering the bed was very expensive

Sep 29,2021We got a king size ottoman bed with a headboard, and love it. Delivery was quick. Instructions and tools provided weren’t accurate which was annoying but we muddled through and the bed is still standing...!

Sep 29,2021Contacted in advance to request a the fabric be fitted in a certain direction and was told this could not be done / the fabric did not have a direction although the sample clearly had ! Because of this I ordered with a different fabric, arrived well packed but due to a slit in the plastic arrived with a dirty mark which fortunately was not on a displayed area. I wish I could say I have jumped on the bed to damage it but unfortunately the thickness of materials is to blame this is not a solid item that will last for years, I guess you get what you pay for but the top spec is substandard in my opinion I’ll make my own and get a trim guy in to cover it next time

Aug 19,2021I ordered many samples before choosing the right one for me. My bed didn’t have the fixtures required for the new headboard so a quick email later and they were in the post. Originally was going to come with the headboard but that was already packed and on its way to me. Fabulous customer service. Well done!
