May 03,2021Having originally weighed up buying a beautiful mid-century coffee table from Brosa or a competitor, I opted for the latter due to Brosa’s high shipping costs. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the latter. The item was delayed for over 6 months, finally arrived but was damaged and then I was treated the way you’d expect for a mere change of mind. Upon finally securing a full refund, I reached out to Brosa to purchase the item and they were great. The service was incredibly fast and friendly. They understood my concerns and even agreed to offer a brief extension of a sale to offset my concerns about the shipping cost. The item arrived within the expected time frame and was perfect. My only regret is that I didn’t choose them in the first place! Very happy and will likely buy from Brosa again.

Apr 28,2021In line with a response below, absolutely appealing service. I ordered a black tripod lamp in November 2020 and it’s now April 2021 and still have not received our order. In one email they told me there was a delay in delivery, next email they told me that production of the tripod hasn’t commenced! Customer service is so poor and transparency is appalling. I don’t understand all of the positive comments and reviews on this site. A complete flood of comments from happy people!

Apr 28,2021Couldn't be happier with Brosa. From start to finish, experience has been wonderful. Delivery was quick, the delivery service itself was outstanding, so much communication on when to expect our order, we paid a little extra for the guys to bring our chest of draws upstairs and it was seamless. A lot of packaging but the draws were so secure, so no room for damage, which I love. The draws themselves are of a very high quality, bought them on sale and I got great value. Thank Brosa, ill definitely be ordering again.

Apr 24,2021Great quality bed and headboard. The fabric used looks thick, substantial fabric with great quality. We usually get our beds from Harvey Normal custom beds as we do not like to assemble our beds and Brosa’s beds are solid, drawers open and close smoothly, the inside of the drawers are neat. Have used the bed for a month & it is sturdy. The price is very competitive and glad we went for it! Shipping and delivery to specific room option also available. Highly recommend!

Apr 15,2021We have been searching for ages a new desk for my daughter. We stumbled across a Brosa product online then decided to visit the showroom to inspect in person. They offered us a sale price even though we placed our order after the sale. Their shipping estimate was spot on. Their post sale communication was timely and informative. Delivery was as promised and now my daughter is so happy. I highly recommend Brosa for your next funky, contemporary, stylish furniture piece and for a straight forward transaction.

We had to leave it packed while we finished the reno, it was so exciting to unpack and install, everything as ordered, very excited! Apr 08,2021Refunds are impossible to obtain. I submitted a refund request of 8 March 2021. The website states refunds will be "processed in 7 business days". Now on 8 April 2021 I haven't received a refund. The Customer Service Specialist is unhelpful and unresponsive, claiming the refund was "processed" but this does not mean it is "received". It is a case of misleading and deceptive conduct in breach of the Australian Consumer Laws that I will need to report to the ACCC.

Apr 06,2021Absolutely love my new swivel chair. I had a great experience dealing with the consultant. She helped me in making a decision based on my needs. I would not have chosen that chair or colour had i not had a proper consultation and she was spot on. Im so glad as its perfect for where i have placed it and really complements the room well. It's also very comfortable and well constructed. I will be choosing Brosa again when I am next buying furniture.

Apr 03,2021Delivery can take a little while but it is worth the wait. Now my 3rd order with Brosa, and have never been disappointed. Really solid, good quality furniture, that looks great. Am very happy with the 5 pieces purchased to update my bedroom this time. The Ethan tallboy and chest of drawers are well made and drawers glide really smoothly.

Apr 02,2021The TV unit is the perfect size for our apartment it is a lovely looking unit.The timber features color and natural wood grain and is a classy piece of furniture.Brosa were easy to deal with kept me updated with expected delivery date and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I found the delivery of items very efficient with options on delivery date and the guys delivering were most kind and friendly. I also thought the items were very reasonably priced for the quality received. They will be my first choice for future needs.

May 05,2021This company did not stock the “Quick Ship” items that were advertised on their website and then have not refunded the purchase when they were unable to deliver. I have been begging for a refund and there is either no response or a response that does not make sense. DO NOT BUY HERE - AVOID This company has STOLEN my money and simply does not return it. Don’t take the risk.
