Have been waiting for Dining chairs since November 2020!! The delivery date has been changed 4 times without giving me any notice!! Only explanation given when I follow up my order COVID!!! Its getting to be a very old excuse!! Now my order is expected late August! that's 10 months for non custom chairs!!! Written to CEO multiple times no answer, no apology !! Have had other furniture stores deliver on time no problem there!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
Our experience with Brosa has been fantastic. The time from ordering our sofa bed to delivery was incredibly fast and the guys who made the delivery were great and very helpful. The actual sofa bed was beautifully packaged and the installation instructions very simple to follow. We are very happy customers! Well done!

I have ordered quite a few furniture items from Brosa and the service, quality and delivery have been exceptional. My latest purchase was the Ada Swivel chair and it looks fabulous in my living room. Great quality, modern and doesn't take up too much space so ideal for smaller spaces. Brosa provide great value furniture and I highly recommend them.
Great Stools that look and function fantastic. The bases are very sturdy. You may need to wipe off some excess grease from the thread to reduce the risk of it getting on dangling clothes.

On 19 March 2021 I ordered I ordered and paid in full for: FRANK BEDSIDE TABLE x 2 4_Main_3559: Walnut Acacia (STBFRK148NAT) FRANK CHEST OF DRAWERS x 1 4_Main_3561: Walnut Acacia (CODFRK150NAT) That was 3 months ago!! On 6 April 2021, I was contacted by Joanna Maw (Delivery Coordinator) who stated that part of my order (the 2 bedside tables) would be ready for delivery (in the next 5-6 weeks). Those 2 bedside tables were delivered on 5 May 2021 Then absolutely nothing from Brosa. No contact at all. However, their website was showing the outstanding item (the chest of drawers) as ‘in stock’ and ‘leaves the warehouse in 1-2 days’ (I have screenshots, but there is no function to upload them to this review). On 14 June 2021 (almost 3 months after I ordered) I emailed their customer support to enquire why my order had not been sent out. I received an auto response that said “We strive to respond to all correspondence within 48hrs, and we are excited to help you have a fantastic experience with Brosa.” As I have come to expect from Brosa, it is now 22 June 2021 and I still have still not had a response from Brosa. Today, utterly exasperated, I tried their Live Chat. After waiting for 16 minutes, I was finally connected. I was told my item was in stock and someone from their delivery team would be in touch. They stated that it has only just come into stock. I stated that I have screenshots from weeks ago, that show the item on their website that states ‘In Stock, Leaves the Warehouse in 1-2 Days’. They did not respond to that! So, the upshot is that after paying in full for my items over 3 months ago. I still do not have my order. I have had to chase them through their enquiry email and their Live Chat and still I wait. I would not recommend Brosa. I would never use Brosa again. UPDATE: After posting this review I received an email on 24 June to say my item had been picked up by the courier company, who would be in touch to arrange delivery. 28 June, I got a text to say my order would be delivered between 10am-1pm on 29 June. 29 June, Nothing delivered. At 2pm I called the courier company who told me that Brosa had never given them my item for delivery. Called Brosa customer service, but unsurprisingly there was no answer. At 3pm I received a text from Brosa that said "Unfortunately your Frank Chest of Drawers cannot be located in our warehouse, causing a delay to your intended delivery date. We are terribly sorry for this inconvenience & hope to provide a quick resolution. Our Customer Support team will be in touch to discuss next steps." So the text about my item being picked up on 24 June was clearly untrue. Remember they took my money on 19 March 2021. What next...
First item purchased came with a crack, all they could offer was $30 discount for an item I have paid brand new. Second item purchased was advised a delivery time frame. Didn’t turn up within agreed time frame and no courtesy call to advise of the delay. Never again.

Order a daybed 27 weeks back. Still not delivered. When we order we were told our order will be delivered in Mid May. and here we are in the 2nd week of June still no clue when an order will be delivered. They just keep on changing the expected delivery date. First, it was 13th-21st May then they changed to 16th May to 30th May then changed to 01/06/2021 - 15/06/2021 and now its on 10/06/2021 - 24/06/2021. Quite sure when it gets close to 24-June they will push it further. It was good for us that we didn't purchase any other furniture for our house from Brosa. Would not recommend it to anyone Other thing to notice is after every 1-2 star review they have fake 5 star reviews to balance out ratings
I found Brosa’s range of furniture and homewares to be extensive and the workmanship and quality of their furniture to be second to none. All this at exceptional prices. I visited their showroom and then ordered on-line – such convenience. I also found their delivery service to be efficient and their staff very courteous, caring and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Brosa.
I don't even know where to begin, I have received the very best of customer support from Kylie the stylist who has been quite amazing giving me good sound advice and incredible patience while I went back and forth over purchasing the frank oval dining table. I think I must have called Kylie a number of times about measurements stying and positioning of table and chairs I could go on! It really felt like I was talking to a friend and honestly I have been very happy with the service products and overall quality that Brosa is known for. A very satisfied customer:)
After months of looking for the perfect armchair, I found one at Brosa. Delivery was smooth and they communicated all the way, via sms. I believe there was a real person behind the sms and not just an automated message, since my questions were answered promptly. And even if I had to reschedule my delivery date, everything went smoothly and it came on time. Great company to deal with you can expect quality products and excellent service.
On time and good quality with reasonable price
Brilliant product, was tossing up between a few different styles but ended up going for this because of the strong fabric which is perfect for little paws! Delivery was quick, the text alerts were great & the real time tracking of delivery made it so much easier to plan when I needed to meet the driver. Very happy with this purchase!
