We purchased the Como Motion 4 seater with chaise in nickel grey and love it! Super comfy and great space for lounging. We have gotten so many compliments from family and friends, and they're surprised when we tell them the price too. Communication around the delivery including the minor delay was clear and timely.

I got in 24 hours after a sale ended. I engaged one of the Brosa staff on the chat function online. The staff member quickly advised that because the sale had just ended they were happy to honor the sale price. An invoice was sent to me very quickly for payment. The delivery team was very streamlined. No issues at all. The perfect experience.

The customer service provided by a Brosa has to be one of the best experiences I have had. They prioritised communication and identified how they can service their customer to the highest of standards and there were no surprises when it came to purchasing or receiving my item. As a team they should be extremely proud of for recognising what it means to shop online and the desired experience the customer wants. As consumers, great quality products, well priced, great service and communication. Don’t hesitate to buy from this business. Delivery guys were very polite as well!

I found the website easy to navigate, the choices of TV cabinets was good, and ordering and paying was made easy. The customer service is exceptional and was followed through to completion. We love our new TV cabinet, well made and visually besutiful. We paid for a delivery and installation service which is second to none. Two guys swiftly unpacked , installed and removed all packaging. We’re very happy indeed.

I never write reviews, but this was honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Months of going in circles, and emails that staff didn’t even read or respond to properly. Then finally got a delivery date and then was told they didn’t actually ever book it in and so it got delayed another few weeks!! Wouldn’t rectify the issue, and took forever to respond and follow it up. Days and a week between emails at times. Said the delivery company had the product and the delivery company said they never even got it! So unorganised and so much stress and effort to deal with. Then one product I ordered was over another month away so I cancelled it prior to delivery and then they charged me a huge delivery fee saying that it was already picked up and on the way when the delivery hadn’t even been booked! So they charged me for return delivery when it hadn’t even left yet! The delivery company called me and said they didn’t even have the item! So now they won’t refund me and are ignoring the issue. Such a stressful experience with little care from the staff who were never upfront to begin with. So disappointed I really thought from reviews they were going to be a great high quality company, really left me disappointed and frustrated.

Bed frame in stock Purchase date 30/7 , 18/8 ANC informs me of proposed delivery date 30/8 . I move commercial cooking equipment from State to state for my business and never seen such turnaround times Purchased a mattress from Melbourne 5 day turnaround . Will be sleeping on the floor till frame arrives . Very disappointing

My item arrived from Brosa and was so much more than I expected. The service was impeccable. Whilst delivery days changed etc the team were so accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend Brosa from a customer service perspective but also the quality of the item I received is absolutely beautiful!

Purchased a couple of beautiful outdoor items online only to discover one of the items was now significantly discounted when I returned to the site a week later to consider adding more to my order. Contacted Brosa and spoke with Rica who was able to offer me that discount as well. Already excitedly awaiting my purchases and warmer weather - now even more so!

The purchase process, delivery & construction of the bed base was all so easy. no problems at all. Even the sample of the material sent to us, prior to purchase, was a bonus.

At 191 cm wide, the Copenhagen sofa bed fits well in my apartment. It is well designed and made from good materials. White gloves installers carried the piece up four flights of stairs and put it together, then disposed of the bulky packaging. Only trouble is, they applied the long legs to the back and the short legs to the front, which gave the sofa bed and unwanted slope forwards, and was not possible to correct without additional professional help to retrieve metals screws driven into leg timber, and reapply. I was advised that the plastic washers on the legs are unnecessary. My advice? Be sure to apply the short legs to the back and the long legs to the front of the Copenhagen sofa bed.

The ottoman I ordered was exactly as advertised and the colour better than expected. The fabric is beautiful (velvet) and the size perfect for our living space. The customer experience was excellent with the option to select a day for delivery! Pricing was fantastic as well.

Hold onto your hats because this is the tea of dealing with Brosa. I ordered two items - a couch and an armchair. 1. After waiting 8 weeks for dispatch I chased the company about the lack of shipment notice. Only to be informed they have lost the couch I paid for months ago. 2. The customer service representative replied and said I would have to wait till 5 months for a new couch and only offered me a $150 voucher for the inconvenience. 3. I swapped the couch for a new one. However the customer service rep was so slow to reply to my emails (literally she took 2-3 days at a time to reply), that she eventually admitted that the item labelled "in stock" that I wanted to replace the lost couch with, was no longer available. If she had actually been attentive or replied within a decent amount of time, I would have been able to receive at least my second choice of couch. 4. I ordered a new couch (this is the THIRD couch) and the refund still hasnt come through for the difference paid. This has shipped - who knows if it will actually arrive. 5. The armchair meanwhile had been shipped with half of the original couch. It has taken months to arrive and just as it reached my home town, the tracking suddenly said "delivered" without any delivery The shipping company informed me that Brosa has cancelled the order and the items are returning to their warehouse. Aka, the armchair I paid for and have waited MONTHS for is being returned. I have been dealing with their terrible customer support and shoddy business for what feels like forever. No sincere apology has been given. No prompt help. And terrible communication. I have had to reach out to them every time - no help ever offered or any communication given unless I call or send multiple emails. If you get the customer rep Ally - ask for a different person. I feel honestly gaslit and cheated by this company and every staff member I have spoken to. Do not buy from this place. It isnt worth the stress, the lost money or the time spent waiting.

Excelent service, I have receided what I have expectated, I was going through the others reviews and negative reviews were very bad as some customers were making recommendation not to buy their products. But I am very happy with the company as I have received what I have paid for.
