Nov 20,2023after renewal, they sent me emails requesting licence documents, i sent them check codes, licence details, NI number THREE TIMES but still got emails and finally canx emails, got it sorted but wont be using them again, 1) why was this not done when i was renewing with an advisor. 2) why was i not advised this was going to be requested. 3) as this was a renewal they should have all these details anyway!!!! i run a small family business and DONT need weeks of thretening emails, overall a really Bad experience

Nov 15,2023What can I say, and where do I start? From start to finish Harley was genuinely so honest and so upfront and forward in the kindest of ways. He explained everything I was unsure about and explained what exactly he could try to do for me in terms of my insurance. Just coming off a ban and finding it an absolute nightmare to find insurance for myself being a 24 year old with a totting up offence. Harley was able to source me an insurance quote that I was happy with and beat the market with what I was finding by miles. I took the policy out immediately and could not have found a better service elsewhere. Aside from this, Harley was just an honest and genuinely helpful person, who was looking out for the best of my interests throughout this whole process and I cannot thank him enough for that! No faults with his service he was an absolute Diamond! Highly recommended!

When he rang back, firstly after a day and then secondly after the weekend, although I told him I couldn't go ahead, he was still brilliant and caring, making sure that I was OK and not too stressed.
