Very good experience
i have been trying to renew my vehicle policy with you for the last 10 days, noone picks up the phone when you call its just a voicemail , live chat says they will call and don't and i have sent several emails ? really frustrating to get any contact apart from a daily text to tell me my policy is up for renewal ??
Disgraceful company. I have emailed you today and I am waiting for a response back regardless of the outcome.
Got told to stop speaking so a guy called Danny could answer my question. Turns out that cocky Danny didn’t know the answer and kept me on hold for 31 min then moaned that he had been on hold for 30 min himself trying to find out. His professional response was I think so but I’m not sure still. After being so rude and cocky still none the wiser. Not even let me do some digging and get back to you. I believe more staff training is required and for Danny maybe some customer service training and manners. People choose wise but not with this company.
Had a cancellation email come, so I called up the person on the phone was rude and not very helpful. Today 23/10/2023 spoke to a member of business choice direct (Chloe) who was a pleasure to speak to. She had all the information to hand and went beyond my expectation and helped me with getting my policy cancelled. She called back when she said she would and did everythink she said she would. Business choice direct you need more people like her working for you. She is the only reason I would consider another policy with business choice direct.

Terrible service if you want to cancel the policy. I could not reach anyone to cancel policies. Noone answering the phone, no respond to emails. I am only able to speak advisors on online chat but they kept saying same thing, we will let cancellation team know and they will call you back. It has been 3 days, noone has called back!!! Edited on 19/10/2023 It has been 2 weeks now and still not able to cancel policies and still not able to reach anyone. I think all positive reviews are fake in here, because this is the worst company I ever dealt with.
I called up for help finding a document in my policy and spoke to a lovely lady called Jana who was very professional and helpful. She assured me she was willing to help and within a couple mins found the information I required, further more she stayed on the phone insuring I was completely satisfied. This lady has delivered an exceptional customer service.
BUSINESS CHOICE HAVE BEEN 100% HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING FROM MY POLICY TO PAYMENTS. IT WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND ANYONE BETTER.FIRST CLASS STAFF. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM SIX STARS.

I am a returning customer to BCD. Aidan handled the quote process in a welcoming manner, while he was knowledgable enough to answer all my questions regarding the purchase of my new insurance policy. A follow up call was necessary as I required advice regarding an amendment to my policy, Kiele was very helpful and quickly sought solutions to my concerns. Both interactions were pleasant and the staff were courteous, spending time to listen to my questions and queries to ensure by the end of the phone call issues were resolved and worries were quashed. This review is aimed at Nicky the customer service agent rather than BCD. With only limited time left she went the extra mile to make sure my van was insured just before close of business. She was incredibly bubbly/freindly but also professional and in this current climate where the general public have to put up with awful customer service more often than not, she sticks out as someone exemplary and would be a credit for any company. Personally and I can tell this over the phone that she has too much ability and intelligence for the role that she's in currently and I have no doubt will move on to bigger and better things :) Regards Mario
