Jul 01,2023As a courier for CitySprint I was referred to this company for my insurance policies. I wasn't really sure what to expect and was pleasently surprised. My advisor, Jack Evans, was attentive, pleasent and very patient with my constant questions. We spent over an hour on the phone and at the end he provided me with the insurances I needed at a substantial saving to my previous quotes. If their ongoing customer support maintains this level then I will be very happy indeed.

Jun 28,2023I have had BCD as my insurance broker for over six years, they have always been helpful, courteous and have tried to get the best deal for me. It is very unfortunate they were not quite able to broker a deal for me on my latest renewal. I would have given five stars were it not for the fact that sometimes they are a little slow to respond to emails or phone calls.

Jun 21,2023Bob on so far. Got up and running with these guys for the first time. Jack was just ace, ran through everything nice and clear, had a really nice tone about him and went out of his way to look after me. Got me a good deal too :) Had a query today and used their live chat, Kiele-Ann was also super efficient and sorted my query in literally seconds. So far so good, and if my last couple of interactions are anything to go by, I can see myself staying with these guys regardless of price.

Jun 21,2023The sales procedure on the phone is friendly and efficient. After sales is not! It is very inconvenient to only be able to talk to BCD on the phone. Especially when abroad. They are not interested in helping and won’t call you back as promised. Very important for them is only a good review on the internet, which they beg for after securing a contract! Business Choice direct works with a disgusting loan shark called Creation Finance. Avoid! There’s enough Insurance companies out there!
