Jun 13,2023Excellent service, when the policy I took out was no longer necessary even before it had started, due to a change in my business model, Daniel arranged the cancellation immediately and with nothing to pay except a £35 admin fee, which is quite understandable and acceptable.

Jun 05,2023Just tried cancelling my van insurance and was told in need to pay £789.26 , When all I’ve had is a bad experience with this company, The most recent is I broke down on the M1motorway and when I called the RAC to get recovery I was told I don’t have breakdown cover and was charged £160.00 to get me off the motorway, but I still had cover on a van I never had anymore all because BCD hadn’t updated my details to the new van. Totally disgusting service

I’ve had a lot of issues with my insurance policy and Kieran seems to have done more than enough and gone out of his way to make sure he personally has made sure everything was nice and easy to get everything I need done to ensure my insurance was done correctly at a great price. He’s an absolute asset to your company and has been such a massive help I can’t thank him enough for what he has done to help me as I am little slow and it takes me a while to understand things. May 26,2023I had been contacted by text and then email for documentation. I could not get through on the phone at all. The live chat service was okay but I am a working courier and so cannot be sat on my mobile for endless hours on end or sat in front of my laptop at home when I should be out on the road trying to earn a living..you need to answer your bloody phones and not keep people on hold!!

Jun 15,2023Straight forward and easy going, while very professional. - I have been with BCD for years, this time I had to make lots of changes (new business, cancellations, some change overs, etc.) All went really smoothly and simply, the guys were quick with sorting things out, while light-hearted enough to have that great human-touch element you want to have when dealing with the boring stuff of this life. Jose has been handling my policies for years, he was very helpful again, so was Sam. Definitely 5-star customer service rating from me. Thanks
