May 21,2023I was in a tight spot regarding a specific type of car insurance having points on my license, however after less that 30 minutes of conversation with Jack it was sorted and I was insured . Excellent knowledge of what was needed and and also a very good and clear telephone manner.

May 13,2023Recently I took out a policy with this company and despite me having a somewhat shakey driving history they were able to quote me the best rate on the market. I spoke to Jack on the phone, his customer service is a 10/10 friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! we had a relaxed conversation after he went through all of the checks, formalities and any questions that I wanted to ask which made the whole process feel less stressful and more involving. I’ve spoken to a few insurance companies recently and by far they have the best customer service and the shortest wait and hold times. I already know I will be renewing with them when the time comes

May 09,2023I agreed upon a quotation sent by email with an excess of £100 but after making a claim I was told the excess was actually £1000. Management called me and said we hold our hands up and take blame for the mistake. I was offered £450 compensation and some cancellation fees waived. Whilst the offer was ok it wasn’t good enough so I asked if I could pay a figure closer to the £100 initially agreed upon, but my request was declined! I only took out the insurance on the basis it was a £100 excess so really I should only be paying the £100 excess… not £550. I have the email stating this in black and white and will be speaking to the ombudsman unless I receive a better offer of compensation.

Apr 24,2023Shocking service, Went to take out PLI and Goods in transit insurance, took until 2 days after at 17:31 for the policy documents to come through, resulting in lost work. Contacted them at 09:55, asking for the policy to be canceled, within the 14 cooling period, despite the policy never starting as I didn't have any documentation. They said it will get refunded in full and they have only refunded part of the money paid. Avoid this company. I ended up purchasing from another well-trusted company.
