Well what could we expect. Writing this review on my behalf and another director. We paid for van courier (£643,88 deposit), public liability and goods in transit (both as £222,9) insurances. Insurance was meant to be commenced on 27th feb although we have decided to cancel it as we found way cheaper elsewhere. I mean it, over 1k less in total. On 25th we have cancelled the insurance so it wasn't even active yet. Obviously oh poor insurance notified us of admin fees. The admin fees must be extremely high that they have returned us £498,88 for van courier and £172,94 for goods in transit with public liability. Where the hell did £195 go? Another director who was meant to be a named driver reached out twice since then, but both emails were ignored. We will seek legal advice to resolve this. I would strongly not recommend this insurance. Well probably there aren't good ones anyway, but you will definitely overpay here and if you dare to cancel even before start of the insurance, you will need to waste your time to get YOUR MONEY back like I am now wasting. **Update**: I have received 95 GBP back after this review has went live. Although total of 100 GBP fee of cancelling even before start of this insurance is just pure joke. Anywhere else in other industries very often you even receive return of delivery fees, here however because i have wasted like 20-30 minutes suddenly 100 GBP? Shameful that these days its getting worse and so many business love to use dirty tricks to squeeze as much money as possible.

He was so quick to understand my problem and he responded very quickly and taken steps to resolve the issue.
