Dec 15,2021It took 3 times to get through to a customer service representative. One was disconnected, another greeted me then disappeared! The third time lucky I connected but then passed over to another representative who dealt with my query wonderfully well. Very pleased with how the call was handled, even correcting another error that only came to light during the call too! Hoping that the amended docs get sent to me today as promised but overall really pleased with the error management! :)
