10 days on, more than 12 calls and 3 visits with all still a mess. Very unsatisfied

booked for slot 8.00am -12.00pm engineer did not arrive.Phoned Care Club resheduled for 12.00pm -17.00pm.Finally arrived at 16.40pm.Which means I had to stay in all day to get service for boiler when I had other issues to deal with. Boiler was not practical to fix. At no time was I informed of delay in appt.when I get a new Boiler I shall review my membership with you.
Service Engineer booked for the next day and turned up on time. Efficient and very competent with my boiler service.
Setting up my annual gas boiler service was quick and easy. The engineer came at the appointed time and was very helpful and professional.

It was easy to book the engineer at a suitable time. He arrived as expected and carried out the servicing of our boiler with the minimum disruption. He was very informative about the system.
Do not touch this company. Promised an electrician the same day. No show. I had to chase them to see when the electrician would be here no show didn't have an electrician at all. Got me to sign up to their care plan. Promised everything especially having a partner with severe health issues and they couldn't care less. They could have rang and said they didn't have an electrician but no they did not. Total waste of time absolutely disgusting behaviour from them.
