Friendly and respectful, did a thorough job whilst explaining what he was doing. The whole process from my initial call to book to the house call was very simple. Quick efficient service. Have been looking after my boiler for years and happy to recommend!

I received a lengthy email - out of the blue - I think it was intended to invite me to join. But nowhere did it bother to tell me who/what on earth they are. After googling I unsubscribed - hope they honour that! Very discourteous.

Prompt and efficient service as a result of boiler failure in tenanted Flat. No issues about finding a plumber. One call and the everything was sorted. Heating engineer arrived when he said and was brilliant. A reassuring service and well worth the fees.

He was polite answered all of the questions I asked him very tidy and left everything as he found it if I have trouble with any of my plumbing that my insurance doesn't cover I will call upon him to do it

I was happy with the chap finally turning up after me waited in for four hours only to be told it was cancelled 😠 on there end this cannot and should not happen it’s the second time, the reason I came to you guys for in the first place was word of mouth from one of your staff you need to back it up a reputation is only as good as your last job , I somehow don’t think the boss would be to happy

Care Service were great from the start of my call for help , my boiler had stopped the night before. I called them around 10am they had an engineer at my front door by 11:30 am and my heating was fixed by 12:30 less than an hour , no mess no pest the engineer was very respectful of my home and gave me good advice. I am so happy and now fully signed up to the Care Service.

Excellent service once again from care club, electrician arrived made aware of the issue ( no power to upstairs plug sockets) made an initial inspection then proceeded to isolate the fault. Identified cause of fault and rectified the issue all work completed in just over an hour. Well done.

I am absolutely furious withi this company, the way they treat elderly people is completely disgraceful. My father joined Care Club to give peace of mind in case their plumbing went wrong. This was before he died in 2016. My Mum carried on paying the DD every month but until this year has never made a claim. Her heating recently went wrong and she tried to make a claim but Care Club said that the issue my Mum had with her plumbing is not covered by her policy. In fact we found out that her House Insurance covers the same things that the Care Club covers so it is a complete waste of money. I rang Care Club to cancel the policy but was told that she is on a rolling contract and she will have to continue paying the monthly payment until June 2025 'when her contract' ends'. My mother has had no paperwork regarding a contract for years. I really don't know how they can hold an elderly person to a contract after all these years and with no yearly confirmation or agreement. I have sent several emails to Care Club asking them to use their discretion to sort this out and received no reply. In the end my mother cancelled her direct debit. Since then she has been bombarded with letters asking why she has stopped her DD & the latest letter is now threatening legal action!! My Mum is 85 and really distressed about this. I really don't know how a company that has 'Care' in it's title can behave like this. I hope that this stops any other elderly person from wasting their money on such a disgraceful, unethical Company.

Plumber arrived to fit a new sink and taps He had a look at what was needed to be done and started work straight away When he had finished he cleaned up all the rubbish and left everywhere crane tidy Very professional

Although the problem turned out to be beyond Care Club's remit(blocked sewer outside the property they did everything they could to investigate and Identfy te problem in a timely way

Care Club replaced my broken down boiler. They arrived when arranged and the work was completed as they described. Hot water and heating now returned, thank goodness. Well done Sam the engineer. Thank you Care Club.

My previous review has been taken down so here I go again. My experience with the care club has been nothing short of horrendous. I originally called Rightio out because my boiler was losing pressure. Thought I was actually joining a boiler care package with Rightio but it turns out that you get signed up to Care Club. Anyway they came out and the engineer was really nice and repressurised my boiler but he said it might go again and I'm likely to need a new expansion vessel. A few weeks later the boiler went out so I called Care Club (by now I realised that I wasn't dealing with Rightio). They quoted me a hefty price for the expansion vessel and I'm pretty sure £500 for 2 days labour. A lot of money so I said I needed to check out other plumbers. I found a very reputable knowledgeable plumber, not cheap but I wanted a second opinion. His diagnosis was that it was nothing to do with the expansion vessel, he told me a lot of technical stuff, he took photo's of what he was looking at and doing because my boiler is located in the loft. He fixed the issues which had something to do with carbon deposits and setting levels, etc. I am now over 3 months or more post his work, and my house has never been warmer and no more boiler issues. I went back to Care Club to ask to cancel my membership because their advice was bad and I had no confidence in them. They told me that I was past the cool-off period so I had to stay with them. I had 2 calls with them both in which i asked them to get a manager to call me back. The second call was particularly distressing with a lady who was clearly enjoying tormenting me and just not listening. She even sounded like she was stiffling a laugh at one point. She kept referring to the notes on my file and referring to recordings of my telephone conversation saying that so far as they were concerned i was happy. I asked them to provide me with a copy of all notes and transcripts of those telephone calls which i am entitled to under GDPR. I've received nothing to date. They told me that I needed to get a report from the plumber who carried out the work and get it to them, which I did. They told me that I needed to call Rightio with my complaint because they had carried out the work. That made me worry more because if Care Club are managing the process then surely they should deal with the situation. I did refer to their capacity as a type of insurance (which is the sector they are appearing under in Trustpilot) to which they responded that is not what they are, so what are they? In the meantime I stopped my direct debit whilst we were in dispute but then I received a letter telling me that I am being referred to their creditors. I called them again (still having not had the courtesy of a call from a manager to discuss my situation) I explained that I was paying under duress and that I was unhappy and asked again for a call back from a manager. My plumber sent the report they asked for directly to them but I've heard nothing and still no call from a manager. My plumber however has had a pretty nasty call from them and he has now started receiving lots of unsolicited calls so it looks like they may have put his number on a 'patsy' list. I am wholly expecting them to get my post removed again because they play a ruthless game. I'm not happy that I'm going to be forking out approx £240 for a non-service. I've diarised forward for the day that I can cancel my direct debit and be free of this company and the stress that came with them.

The engineer was very good and quick to replace the extractor fan, but it is a pity that Care Club do not understand their own Terms and Conditions as they tried to charge me for the fan replacement, but it is covered in the Ultimate Plan.

I was told care club covered fault wiring and minor repairs. When the engineer came out to assess why my light switch had stopped working, he said it was faulty wiring, but that fixing it would not be covered. So, what is the subscription for? And once you're locked on a contract, you're locked in for the year. Definitely not worth it! As an update - over a month later, still no reply to my email.

Needed plumber to fix leaking taps but he didn’t have the right parts on 1st visit so 2nd visit arranged between 12 and 5 pm. No one came or called to explain delay. So fixed another time a few days later. Promised an early visit but that didn’t happen either. Choice of new tap via a telephone screen is tricky as no idea of size so new tap looks too big. Room for improvement.

I like the way I was kept up to date about the time the engineer would be arriving. The engineer seemed to be happy to do the servicing of the boiler and discussed the work he had carried out when he was finished. The boiler is working perfectly.
