No heating or hot water when I got up for work this morning. I'm a care club member so gave them a call. Spoke to a very pleasent person and explained problem and she arranged engineer to come at a time that suited me. Problem turned out to be quite a simple fix and Allan the engineer explained everything to me and spent time talking about boilers in general. From phone call to job done was no problem so can recommend.

The engineer arrived on the date and time agreed. He was friendly, helpful and efficient and sorted out the problem quickly. He also gave me some useful suggestions of further checks that I might want to consider later.

Plummer Ergin, attended my property to repair two taps. Kitchen tap needed to be replaced and Bathroom tap required a repair. He was both friendly and professional in his attitude and approach. He talked me through the problems with both and proceeded to complete repairs. New Tap obtained and fitted in Kitchen and a fix in the bathroom. I am very happy with overall service from Ergin and Care Cub. Also excellent support from Customer services. Many thanks.

When this Company takes your call and you ask them that you want an Engineer ASAP. They check who's available and they let you know there and then at once, sometimes it can be on the same day if anyone is available on that day, or it's then next day. When their on their way to you, they call then let you know how long they'll be. Once the Engineers arrive they get on with the job straight away. When they finish with their work and pack all tools away in van then Engineers explain to you and tell you what the problem was and they say it's all fixed now shouldn't have any more problems with it. But if you do just give them a call. The Engineers arrive Punctually on time, they are very Kind Hearted Men and their always Smiling and having a few jokes with you after all the works has been completed. The 2 Engineers from Doncaster! Have Done Excellent Work on fixing the Boiler. My Ratings! 10 OUT OF 10

I have been with care club plan for many years and never have failed to disappoint me. Quick responses always updates available whether it be change of time or delays, have always managed to resolve problems and repairs

Contacting Care Club till the Plumber to turn up was easy.. The Plumber was efficient and replaced the problem bits. Worked really well and knowlegable. Thanks David

Booking is easy. Next day usually available. Customer service is excellent. Communication is very good. Engineers are very respectful and knowledgeable, and they arrive on time. Best company I have dealt with in a long time. I would highly recommend this company.

They came out to sort the problem, on the same day I requested them, they arrived in the time slot I was given, the problem was fixed on the spot by a friendly knowledgeable engineer, only downside is I had to pay a premium for an emergency call out, what you should expect for a same day service

Engineer was very professional and corrected the botch job from the previous engineer. He unmounted the radiator, correctly repositioned the mounting brackets, re mounted the radiator, refilled it and then repressurised the boiler. Proper job the second time and interestingly he was an older engineer not one just wanting a quick fix.

My experience relates to needing to us the emergency service, which was poor and very disappointing. The emergency service is allegedly for receiving support outside of normal working hours. On experiencing a power cut on a Saturday at 10pm, I contacted the service for the first time. I was put through to a recording that told me to access information on the website. Without power I was unable to do that and had to resort to receiving help from a friend who contacted the website on my behalf and logged a call back request. No one called me until 10am on Sunday, after 12 hours with no power. By that time I had contacted Righteo myself and was the customer service I received was good. But it was only when I spoke to Stuart who I understand only recently joined the company, that I felt I received the service I pay for as a Care Club member. He was excellent and should be congratulated on his care and professionalism. I have been a Care Club member for almost 10 years, but I have often wondered why I bother as the service can be patchy at best and dreadful at worse. Rather the company seems to rely too often on individuals going that extra mile, like Stuart. This is not acceptable and I expect some redress for my experience of being left without support for a power cut for 12 hours and only when I was able to speak to someone. If a company offers out of hours support as part of a service then that is what you should expect. I am still waiting for the complaints team to contact me,
