I have never been successfully able to log onto my account as the original account was set up on the wrong email (i only found this out as a guy in America forwarded me an email threatening legal action) i couldn't get my login to work (as they had the incorrect email) so there was no way for me to log in to my "account" and cancel that way. I cancelled payment via my bank and they are now threatening to take me to court for £38 unpaid subscription fees of a subscription i have neither wanted nor ever claimed from. i (stupidly) paid it for years before i realised i couldn't log in to claim. My last correspondence from them was to clear my account or they will send me to small claims court, and 2 emails i have sent since then have gone unanswered. Given that the cost of sending a claim of under £300 is £35 leaving them £3 in profit i can only think that this is some sort of personal vendetta, or maybe i annoyed the plumbing gods. My calculations are i have paid them over the last 5 years £9.50 per month which is £570. I'm not asking for any of that back as I'm aware it was my own stupidity but could they not use some common sense and not take me to court for something as small as £3 profit

What a joke they booked in a service call. Then call 10mins before the arrival time to cancel. This is not the 1st time I have had bad service. We have waited in all morning. Maybe an earlier call would have been better service.

Everything was exactly as required. The perative at the call centre was very helpful and knew exactly what was reuired. Medet the engineer was very friendly and helpful making sure everything was dealt with properly before finishing. I would happily trust him with any work required in the future.

Mar 04,2025We subscribed to the ultimate Care plan and called to report a leaking tap. Initially, the engineer came in and advised the tap need to be changed. I was told it is not covered having the Basic Plan which I disputed as I pay monthly for the Ultimate Plan. I was then told that even if not written in the policy for Ultimate Plan, taps are not covered. It is contradicting as in the Basic Plan, it clearly specifies that taps are not covered and similar clause is not present in the Ultimate Plan. I then spoke to the manager who now alleges that the tap replacement is not covered because it is wear and tear which is ridiculous as to me it seems all excuses, one after the other to justify not covering the costs. This company is a pure scam scheme and deceiving customer deliberately mis-selling plans as I perfectly recall conversation before I took the plan and I was told that PARTS and LABOUR are included for such situations.
