Sep 06,2024Extremely helpful receptionist took my call requesting a plumber. He the extremely competent plumber arrived next day to carry out the work. Turned out to be Fezol ( so sorry if your name is spelt incorrectly) He has carried out work for us before so we were delighted to see him again Thank you !

Sep 06,2024I had a cistern that had issues (worn out and dripping internals) which needed repairing. This was succesfully fixed as was replacing a flexible feeder pipe. Pleasant guy who knew what he was doing and did it well.

Aug 28,2024I have contacted and have spoken with an agent called Salma and I must say that throughout the call she was very helpful and kind and no interruption or anything, she was constantly listening to our inquiry as I have initially called to request a gas and electricity check for both our boiler and the electric stove, the previous agent before her was not even booked and confirmed this information to us by email. In fact the person before Salma was very ignorant and careless about our situation. However Salma was showing ownership and was very professional and provided a service to us which I can say that all my life talking to any person on the phone, I can describe it was indeed beyond our expectations. I'm very glad that I spoken with this individual and this world needs more Salma's. Well done Salma.

Aug 18,2024If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would do that. A warning to existing or potential customers DO NOT USE this company. Their policies are not fit for purpose. They are only interested in small straightforward jobs which you could easily pay an independent plumber or electrician to do. I have been with them for over 15 years, paying £23 a month. I recently had a problem with the drainage pipe under my bath. They have refused to do the necessary work as it involves lifting a few tiles etc. At £23 a month for 15 years I could have had a new bathroom fitted. Please be aware of this company, complete and utter rip off
