Callum came to fix a faulty toilet flush, and a faulty radiator, the radiator was fixed in less than a half hour. The toilet needed a new part which he ordered straight away, and he came back the next day to fit it and he was done within 40mins, leaving both rooms clean and tidy.
We have been with care club for a number of years now and had no issue. Our boiler pressure was needing topping up three times a day. Engineer came out and fitted a new expansion chamber and we were charged £370 as this part is not included in the small print. The part cost £150 from a dealership! It came to light that the engineer failed to detect the fault was in the system not the boiler. A simple test by pressuring the boiler and isolating the system would have illustrated a water leak in the system. The engineer then went on the sick. I got no satisfaction from this company. British Gas fixed the fault. Avoid this company at all costs as you are tied into these contracts good or bad. The company does not care take my word.
Avoid at all costs! We have been begging care club to resolve this complaint for weeks. I am still not happy that my complaint has been adequately resolved. I now have damage to my home and personal belongings that contravene several statements on your own website and which I consider a breach in the contract which we have with you in the Care Club membership. It took 5 weeks to get your company to provide the service that we pay you for monthly. It should have been a half hour job, had you sent someone out who was a drain specialist as promised. I did give you 7 days to fix the issues, but we are still significantly worse off than if we had just called up a local plumber in the first place. The job should have cost around £40 and would have been completed on the first call out around December the 20th 2024. Instead we went without the issue resolved, and with two further issues until 30th January 2025. I do not consider this peace of mind, you have not protected my home and have not treated my home with the respect and professionalism that you promised.Therefore I do not consider this complaint resolved to my satisfaction. The second man that you sent was very nice, polite, respectful and did meet expectations as promised on your website, but why did I have to wait for 6 weeks for that? I have had so much stress in chasing this complaint and trying to get it resolved, it is shockingly poor customer service. I now need a joiner to make good the damage in the bathroom, I need to redecorate the kitchen from the water he left dripping through the ceiling, I need to replace my bathroom towel, I went 5 weeks without my bathroom, I had to take two further half days off work, because the engineer you agreed to send up failed to honour this commitment. You are a huge nationwide company who should be able to fix such a small issue, yet it isn’t until we post reviews that you even bother to respond to customer complaints. So here I am again, trying to get your attention so my home can be put back to the standard that it was before I let you in.

The plumbers sent by the Care Club are always professional and cheerful. Today, Michael attended to our needs swiftly and efficiently. And it's always a pleasure to see him.
Engineer was on time helpful and gave excellent advice, problem solved.
Very efficient and reliable
We had an emergency with a badly leaking tap that was flooding the house. We managed to shut off the water supply to prevent further damage, but we needed urgent help. I called and explained the situation, and I was impressed with the response. The engineer arrived within two hours, restored the water supply, and ordered a new tap, which was installed the next day. Excellent service!
Our experience with the Care Club continues to be excellent they are well organised, their technicians polite and tidy and they do what they say they will do. We are glad that we signed up to this organisation all we have experienced so far has been excellent

Great job successfully resolved the issue and stopped the noise that had not been resolved before. Was reassured that the engineer fully understood the make of our ideal boiler. Very professional.
The engineer tried very hard working on my difficult system. He has applied for more work to be done and failing that given advise on what to do stopped the leaks 😊
