Answered my call quickly and was very helpful to get my emergency plumber booked. Professional staff and they did what they said and all sorted very quickly. Would highly recommend.

I honestly don't know where to start with this company. AVOID. I called a plumber out to my mothers property through care club as she is elderly and vulnerable. The plumber was abusive, the job wasnt fixed and he left the external drain cover broken and half up out of the ground. They then hounded me via phone and email to pay £253 for the call out. Care club also ties you in for a term and you cannot cancel the monthly payments before this term ends. I'm now also stuck paying for this despicable service for the foreseeable.
I had dripping pipes under my kitchen sink. It took 3 visits to resolve the issues but my plumber was so friendly replacing all the pipework, cleaning out the blockages and also taking away my old waste disposal making it into a mini sink as this was also dripping. I'm so pleased with the service I've received that I will add boiler cover to my policy.

Sadly, I can only give one star. Yes, an engineer turned up and sorted out the leak in the kitchen. I was, however, very uncomfortable about the engineer's appearance. His clothing was somewhat lacking in professionalism, with his trousers not covering much at all. I was not told that if I signed up for the Care Club that it tied me in for 12 months. I was supposed to receive another visit to sort out a very stiff stopcock. That visit never happened and there was no further contact, until I decided to cancel the Direct Debit. At that point, I was threatened with court proceedings if I did not pay up immediately. Not the behaviour of people who call themselves a "Care Club". Not much care shown there. Reading through a lot of the reviews on here, I have suffered every single one of the problems with this company. You have threatened court proceedings against a deceased pensioner, despite being told of her death. Then you request paperwork to allow you to cancel the contract. Really caring? Not really!

The engineer was good, the call centre and call handlers were atrocious with none existent communication.
Absolute cowboys and they know it. Plumber hung about phoning someone as he couldn’t do the job. He didn’t have parts and took way longer than expected. In the end I got a local plumber who completed the job in 90 mins. Avoid.

From getting toilet checked, parts ordered and then fitted within two days was a stress free job done well. The person that done the job was affable and professional. Thankyou.
Brilliant next-day service. The guy was great, sorted everything out and the years of pipe banging are behind me. I literally feel like I'm living in a different house!!

I needed a plumber to sort out my toilet flush, it’s really difficult nowadays to find reliable tradesmen so I googled and found this company. Contacting them was easy, and I found the person on the end of the phone friendly and knowledgeable. I was given an appointment for the following day (as it wasn’t urgent) Sadly the plumber was held up on another job so was unable to get to me that day, so it was rescheduled for today. The company are very good at getting back to you and keeping you informed either by text or phone. My issue was fixed but also was a leaking valve saving me another call out. The plumber was friendly and professional and got on with the job. Overall very pleased.
I have been a customer for Care Club for several years and they always provide expert help when required and needed. Normally my contact to them is via email, and always get an immediate repsonse. Excellent service as always.
Over a week very difficult to get answer on phone. Ist appointment aborted. Had to contact to find out. Took days to arange another. Promised return calls never happened. In 2nd week all improved. Got answer on phone quickly and appt made. Plumber efficient but on compietion he said he wouldn't leave until I had paid £255. His van blocked my car in my drive. Fortunately I was able on this occasion to get hold of Care Club without waiting an hour and he was told to leave. The whole idea of course is that my monthly premium covers the expenses of my call outs. Still despite all that it is a good deal.
This visit was just a routine annual service, but I had plenty of notice confirming the booking, and accurate info on the day about the time of arrival. Sorry - don’t have engineer’s name, but he was on time, and was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. Very good service.
Job successfully carried out unfortunately it took a week to do so, down to staff sickness. Worse thing was not being kept up to date and being fobbed of with untruths
