Nov 13,2022Had a great experience buying a second hand car from Carlingo. From selecting a used car from a great range, and been shown around it with the help of Steve the salesman, all the paperwork, px my car and collecting the new car a couple of days later, it can’t of taken anymore than 1hr in total. I was very happy with the whole experience, well done Carlingo. It’s nice to walk onto your forecourt and look at your range of cars at my own leisure and not get hassled by salesmen. It’s been a pleasure buying from you, well done 👍🏼 Martin G

Nov 11,2022Professional & courteous right from the start - received an email immediately confirming my appointment time to view a car. When I arrived, I was offered coffee & had a general chat with Steve, who looked after me throughout. As a female who knows little about cars, I felt comfortable throughout & especially during the test drive - felt very well looked after. On the day of purchase, documents sorted quickly. Ownership documents & tax done online by Steve, showed me around the vehicle & paired up my phone. Great experience throughout. Thank you!

The Carlingo team were professional and supportive. All the paperwork for buying and part exchanging and formalities were handled with competence and ease. Nov 02,2022Following an impromptu visit to Carlingo the newest used car dealership in Harrogate I was welcomed by Rachel the receptionist. I was then introduced to Adam one of the sales executives.....and advised him that I was interested in a car advertised on their web site. The car was presented and Adam talked me through various features and left me view the car without any pushy sales talk. A test drive was arranged whilst my part exchange vehicle was valued. An exceptable deal was agreed and the necessary paperwork completed by Adam- a painless process. Returning 7 days later as agreed - the car was immaculate and in showroom condition ready for me to drive away a satisfied customer. You will experience an impressive modern showroom, amazing friendly knowledgeable staff without annoying pushy sales talk and gimmicks. PS......Rachel provided excellent coffee. Peter and Wendy.

Oct 31,2022What a wonderful experience buying from Carlingo! I've always been concerned about buying second hand cars - but buying one from here is the solution. You will experience all the benefits (and more) that you would normally expect to find at a high end brand new car showroom: amazing customer service, impressive contemporary showroom, warranties, all vehicles fully mot-ed, valeted... but even better were the sales staff; warm, real, not pushy in anyway, supportive and knowledgeable. The whole process was easy and painless - Carlingo sorted all the paperwork for tax and registration too. We live 6 hours away from Harrogate (we were on holiday when we purchased the car) but we would definitely travel the distance again next time we want to buy a car. Can't fault it.

It was everything he said and more. He was so helpful with all the phonecalls and putting our mind at ease. The car showroom is stunning at first glance I thought the cars were all brand new the condition of their cars are top standard. 100% would recommend

Oct 19,2022We recently purchased a used Mini from Carlingo. The service was very professional from start to finish and we love the car. We did have a small problem (tyre pressure sensor) which was dealt with through the RAC warranty without any hiccups. Jonny ( the person we dealt with at Carlingo) offered to look at the car for us but as we live 150 miles away ( not Carlingo’s fault) , we just took it to a local garage and it was all sorted very quickly. The car was spotless when we bought it and we will definitely buy from them again , many thanks

Oct 15,2022Just driven home from carlingo in my new car. Great sales team there, no pressures, straight forward and as honest as I could tell. My reserved car was ready for me to look over then test drive. It was well prepared and presented, I had as much time as I needed. ( although it was such a good car not much was needed). They honoured the agreed over the phone trade in price for my old car, no haggles, no disappointments. Special mention to Adam who was throughly great through out, explained things simply, answered all my questions. Thanks for making car buying a quick and simple process. Looking forward to years of happy motoring. Lastly, the cx5 I bought was of the highest standard and I'm sure the rest of their stock is too.

Oct 12,2022I travelled nearly 250 miles after leaving a £300 deposit on an Audi TT to find out the car was not as described by the salesman there was a bent rear bumper and 75 mm scratch from the petrol cap to the side of the car, the salesman says sorry I never saw that I got the manager to look at the scratch he says it was always there I told the abrupt manager I was not happy I came all this way from Scotland and was not told about the damage on the car, his reply was sorry of your not happy you can leave it I will return your deposit and you can go back to Scotland. I told him I would have to repair myself at my cost it got worse, I tried the sliding cubby hole in front of the gear stick, and it broke off in my hand in front of the salesman, I asked if they could possibly give me a short ride to the car hire company to drop the hire car of, I was told sorry we have not one person to go the 15 min journey.. My opinion is once the cash was in their account the smiles stopped job done. next mug please. I would never recommend this company to anyone they are a disgrace to the car industry.
