Apr 09,2025Mr.Sethuraman inspected my vehicle And found the vehicle has issues on brake shuddering and vehicle pulling Left side. At the end i was told that there is no cover of warranty! By the higher authority Spending time on inspection gone in vain! No issues can be solved! Very disappointing! To the prior I actually drove my car around a hundred kilometres to get nothing 😑

Apr 08,2025Car 24 business practices are deceptive. Their Executives mislead customers by quoting vehicle prices significantly below market price often up to 60% lower. Thus discrepancy raises concerns about their sales tactics and over all trust worthiness. They have Hidden charges also so beware before dealing with Car 24

Apr 07,2025Vijay Patil provided excellent support during the entire warranty claim process.In the initial call itself he calmed my nerves and ensured me that he will resolve all the existing problems of my car. During repair i called him several times he provided me with latest updates of car and all the necessary information. He never showed any hesitation while answering my numerous queries. Also After delivery he explained why the issue occurred and explained which parts have been replaced and also provided me with tips related to car servicing in future. The amount of support and professionalism shown by vijay leaves no room for complaints or suggestions from my end. I am grateful for extra care and efforts shown by vijay.
