Feb 18,2025Recently took Hyundai Creta and faced with suspension and steering rack problem. Service executive Mr.Milton was very helpful in taking the car to the service centre and getting the work done. Hope this would have not happened in the first place. Overall the experience is good.

Feb 18,2025Hi,- Recently I purchased a skoda rapid and was advised by team to take warranty plan and I purchased and really helps me in just few days there was an issue with suspension and I raise a ticket the next day Kamal from warranty team and Raghavendra who picked my car and he advised me very calmly and iam very happy for the service given by him my vehicle got repaired within 24 hours and thanks for the cars 24 team. Feb 18,2025Ecosport car first car experience buy on 13 Jan , ekto mjhe bahut hi mahga pada, and 1 mahine ke andar 5 big problem face karna pada, 1. Back Camera Not working, knon issue while buying car 4 Days took to resolve, 2. Back Glass broken at stand by car Rs 5700 for repair, 3. While driving car got stuck in traffic and not able to start and they took almost one week to rectify the issue, 4.Hand Break issues they got resolved in 1h 5. Clutch Hard issue, thy open the gearbox and replaced the clutch kit, 6. 2 times got tire pancher Giving 4 star only for Car service is very good, all time they visited at my home and resolved the issue and bring it back car, Milton is the person who helped me lot to resolve the issue. Now Car waranty Over and what issue will come i don't know

Feb 17,2025Facing steering sound within 1month of purchase. Cars24 mechanic (Name : Milton) found the problem and took the car to Hyundai service centre. Issue with reduction gear covered in 1month comprehensive warranty. Got the estimate and approved in 1 day. Gave the car on Friday and payment done by cars24 on Sunday . Very fast service and approval from cars24 team. Thanks to Milton for great service.

Feb 18,2025Useless fraud company. They will book inspection of your vehicle saying it's free and then will ask you to buy the report. Cheap tactics of making money. Their evaluation is absolutely wrong and unacceptably low compared to the actual value of the vehicle.
