Feb 27,2025I have got to know about 2-3 problems inu car after buying it. I raised my query in warranty earlier they said some of the thi gs will not be covered in the warranty. I have to communicate more on that after some conversation they have agreed and covered the exceptional warranty of the car. There was some communication problem but the warranty team has resolve the problem in good manner within less time.

Feb 26,2025Total Fraud. I want to sell my Tata Nexon EV car. They show me estimated price about 9-10 Lakhs. I call them for inspection. They asked me to pay 450/- rupees as inspection charges but I told them nothing like that inform before. Representative told me after submitting fee then will proceed further. After than they offer me only 5 Lakhs rupees for this car. My car is 3.5 years old and still battery in warranty. Running in good condition. 54,000/- Km is odometer reading.

Feb 26,2025A few days ago, I went to Cars 24 to sell my car and when they valued it, they offered me 5.51 lakhs. But I didn't accept that offer, I was asking them for 20 thousand rupees more. They told me that we will try or will purchase my car in previous offered price. and after 3 days, they told me that since the engine of your car has been repaired, we cannot give you that much price and offered 1 lakh less than the offered price. And from there, the executive started pressuring me. Friends, don't rush to sell your car to Cars 24. I sold my car outside for 5.70 thousand. You too can find customers yourself comfortably and beware of such frauds.
