Feb 22,2025My car app details and actual warranty coverage was different. So raised complaint through customer care and assistant bhaskar assigned technician to visit. Technician visited as scheduled and inspected car. As per directions provided by technician the mechanic has replaced the hose of ac line and filled up gas. Now cooling is improved. However will monitor the cooling whether it remains for sustainable duration. As earlier also after filling gas the cooling was detoriated

Feb 19,20251. Pre-sale service level was not matched post sale. 2. Cars24 failed to get me a Fastag even after 2 months. 3. RC book was issued with a mistake in spelling of owner name and it took over 2 weeks to get it corrected online. A new RC card with correction is still needed and we do not know if Cars24 will get it or we have to pay and apply for a duplicate RC book. Awaiting their response.

Feb 19,2025This ordeal has been a bad one, first off I didn’t the get the vehicle on promised time and the services promised at the time of booking, and i was asked to do it by myself with help of reimbursement, which was provided later then second, the spare key issue after 30 days of following up or more finally, after so many calls and emails, I got reimbursement for that which was promised on day by Mr. Vikas sangam (car advisor) and Mr. Masood (incharge) who also didn’t explain the breakup and charged extra unexplained 8400 when I specifically said i will pay 3L as down payment and this had 2500rs car spa in which 1 guy washed it with the water from above, which costs not more then 200/300rs not even diesel wash and charged 2500rs these are all the scams happened with me the only person in the end was Mr Daya Shankar, who got my reimbursement completed. Because of that, I am giving two stars or this deserved less than one stars. I wouldn’t recommend cars 24 to anybody.
