Jan 18,2025Cars 24 charges a high price for maintenance. They assure a lot of replacements during selling the car. I had taken a one and a half year maintenance program. On my first service they called back saying that the battery life was over and the lower bushings need to be replaced. The car was not driven even 10K Kms which is normal before servicing. On Questioning them the only reply was that they have sold a good car and that now the battery and bushing problem arose.

The best part about cars 24 is the Best after sales service. They personally take care of the issues and resolve early. The follow up of team is so good and they Communicate really good. Jan 18,2025Heard a loud exhaust sound during the initial ownership period. The warranty claim and service process was pretty smooth. ShivaKumar was very professional, polite and punctual with the updates and the process and made sure the defective component was replaced on time and within warranty. Support experience from Shivakumar was very good.

Jan 17,2025@ Mr. Milton - l had an issue with mileage and l had raised a complaint. Fortunately l got Milton who could assist me and help me with resolving the issues. I would say he is such a humble and kind person, who took me through each and everything with regards to the car and educated and explained me all the details. The way he explained was also so easy to understand and most of my issues were resolved and l felt very happy with the service he had provided. Thank you so much for providing me that confidence to keep the back again sir😊

Jan 15,2025My name is Sumati Sharma. I handed over my car to Car 24 on March 28, 2024. However, due to health issues, I requested the return of my car within 7 days. Unfortunately, Mihul and Himanshu Tomar, employees of Car 24, blocked me and threatened me. My experience with Car 24 has been very disappointing. I have received threats from their employees, and I believe that Car 24 is a fraudulent company. I kindly request the return of my vehicle, but their employees continue to intimidate me. My car has not yet been returned, and they are demanding unnecessary transactions. I have all the proof against Car 24. When your team resolved this case .Despite your team's efforts to resolve the case, I still have not received a positive response from Car 24. The Car 24 team has been dishonest and untrustworthy. I have been calling customer care at Car 24 daily, but they have not provided me with any positive responses. The employee keeps replying with the same email, causing me mental distress.
