Jan 24,2025Got what I believe is a good car for a good price but it wasn't an easy journey thru cars24. Positives: good range of cars, much better than any other dealers Sr customer service executive, Tanisha Singh, took time to understand my issues and helped resolve them Sales person, Pawan Pandey, was very accommodating in arranging home test drives and generally v sincere and helpful despite being new to the job Negatives: Second key had no battery Lack of respect for their own timescales - car was delivered late, said 5-7 days for a refund but took 12 days and after a lot of phone calls to customer service and help by Tanisha after i was eventually connected with a sr customer care exec Car was delivered dirty, Car was delivered with punctures in one tyre and incorrect tyre pressure in the other tyres Customer service execs were useless and unhelpful and reluctant to pass cases onto sr staff Sales manager, Raza Pathan, behaviour inappropriate, asked for my bank statements before he was willing to help arrange a refund that was due. I refused so he didn't help and hung up on me in anger I would have rated the whole experience as 2 star but half star given each for Pawan and Tanisha's help.
