Jan 04,2025Had gone to buy a car but had a bad experience. In Dec 2024 saw a WagonR 2023 and advisor informed me last price as 5.88 lac however in Jan the same car price today they have quoted as 6.18 lac When I asked why no answer their call centres and hubs don’t talk to each other There is a process lapse The car got booked by another customer and also got cancelled due to loan issues so why not sell it to a customer who is willing to pay 5.60 without loan

Jan 04,2025Worst car dealers! I bought a creta last year around january time. The weather was cold so the ac was blowing cold air from outside, so we thought great it working. Come summer season when we needed the ac, the ac was not working, i called them and open ticket with them more than 10 times but everytime they took the car the compressor just wouldn’t turn on no matter what they did and i took it to ac repair shops in delhi soo many times that the repair man literally know me soo well because of how often i visited it for ac repair that it felt like we knew each other for 10 years! I checked how they buy cars, they inspect it in 1km drive!!! Are you crazy? How can you know the car your buying is all well and functional by driving it 1km? It doesnt make sense, they are fraud they never sorted the car ac and i ended up spending literally 1.5lakh on the car ac alone with privae repair shops as cars24 would take the car for 2-3 days to only end up not fixing the issue. I sold the car around july and bought i20 sports from a private dealer with 22k mileage, i swear the best investment i have made in a car as till now been 5 months and 0 issues with the i20. If you do wana buy it buy it through spinny i’ve had a better experience with them in the past but cars24 is fraud. I’ll provide photos of the number if times i raised an issue about the ac with cars24 literally for proof i have the pictures just so if my friends ever decide to buy any car from them they will be reverted from it.

Jan 03,2025Fraud, dont deal any kind of transactions with cars 24. If you still want to spoil your life spending sleep less night's no one can save you. Have sold my car for 25,k in June 24, till date (jan'25) they have not transferred , inspite of 100's of call's emails .. they never come with the fixed problem and all standard system responsiveness and leave it our fate And all the users who give a good feedback only knows the reality of cars24 process only once they face a problem and how cars24 would respond them by least bothering the customers headache

Jan 03,2025I recently used Car24 to buy a car, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I discovered after purchase. Additionally, the process felt rushed, and I didn’t receive sufficient guidance or transparency regarding the vehicle's history and pricing. I contact for my help Sumit Vaccheta, who has tell me I am only sales man not any additional duty for me to help me. Customer support was unresponsive when I tried to address my concerns, leaving me frustrated. While the platform is convenient, I would strongly recommend thorough inspections and asking detailed questions before making a purchase. I hope Car24 improves its quality checks and customer service.

Jan 02,2025Services of Cars24 is like worst Nightmare. I sold my car on MAY 2024 and till today ownership is not get transferred, even stats as we are working on this. Till today since 8 months of sold they are working you can imagine how Cars24 is slow in this Digital Era. Never recommend or to do sell or buy from Cars24.

Jan 01,2025Initial estimate on their website approx 11 lakhs and after evaluation 5.62 lakh and in the process charged me 400 rs for detailed service report. Total fraud. Mind you my Tucson is single owner with detailed service history and purchased in 2018. Got quite from Hyundai for 8.5 Lakhs. . Don’t waste your time with cars 24
