Jan 30,20252019 Honda Jazz. Two weeks into owning the car the rear tail light stopped working. CARS24 has a great warranty service and on registering a support call, they sent a technician, Shivakumar, to check the problem. Not being able to troubleshoot onsite, the car was taken to their workshop and returned in 2 hrs, with the problem fixed. No charges. Impressive service. Thank you CARS24.
