Aug 16,2024Dear All Dont purchase any car in Cars24 as the service agent, Sales Agent and entire team is very unprofessional and its better to purchase the car in other agencies like Spinny. As these cars24 guys are fraud and easily cheating the customers. Didnt respond timely for the closure. Its not worthy to purchase the car and i recently purchased the car and within 2 months im facing many issues.

Aug 11,2024One year before I posted a review here about cars 24. Since 5 years we were waiting for transfer of our cars RC name change of our sold car. Till now car is on my Name and someone is using that car somewhere. Please be careful when you buy or sell a car in cars 24. Never be cheated like us.

Aug 10,2024I had interaction with a RM at cars24 Faridabad centre Bata chowk, RM name was Nilesh Pathak. Maruti-Swift-2012-cars-Faridabad-10126086701/?utm_source=cc&utm_medium=Whatsapp&utm_campaign=salespanel_cc_car_link_shared. He misguided us , what type of sales professional cars24 is hiring. It is really unpredictable. He even have not much idea about anything When inquired about insurance, he said he has not, and also insurance got expired in March 24 and till now it was not renewed when asked who will pay the penalties and also it is third party or first party not any idea. Also when comes to service history, h said service was done on June 24 and such a small things water cap filter was missing and deny to share the service history. What a pathetic experience with cars24. Cars24, hire a well trained sales professional who has idea to guide customer.

Aug 08,2024Sudip from Cars24 tried his level best to get the car fixed from the issues raised. Thanks to him. If the issue persist or not can be reviewed after 2 days of satisfactory driving experience. The car serviced was done well by their workshop team. Sudip and his team tried their level best to solve the issues. But cars24 sold me a car, which were having issues, and I wasn't told about it beforehand. Now, it cannot be exchanged. There will always be some sound with the faulty hydraulic, but that was from earlier. Let's see, I hope the car doesn't surprises me on the road, or gives any new fault.

Aug 04,2024I sold my car through Cars24, and it was a decision I deeply regret. The process was marred by deceit, lack of transparency, and unprofessionalism. Here's my cautionary tale: - Be cautious of their terms and conditions. They'll hold a significant amount of your money citing RC transfer, challan dues, and hypothecation clearance. - Once you hand over your car, the designated point of contact will become unreachable. - There's no direct customer care number. Reaching out to them is a chore, and they'll only offer empty promises. - Their WhatsApp bot assistance is equally unhelpful, creating new dockets for each query without providing concrete answers. - I had to relentlessly chase them to recover my held amount, making it a dreadful experience. - The worst part? They withheld my challan dues of ₹10,600 and couldn't produce a receipt when asked. I feel cheated and have no proof of payment of my dues to the traffic police department. Cars24's practices are questionable, and their customer service is abysmal. I strongly advise sellers to exercise extreme caution and clarify all terms before handing over their vehicles. Don't fall into their trap like I did!

Aug 02,2024I had a very bad experience from car 24 since beginning I’ve tried to make any deal. Price I was quoted on call was 1lakhs 10 thousand. Post inspection they told me 3300/- is the best price. lol even I’m scrap my car value is 48k. Then each day their executive increase 10k. Finally when we reached 95k today their executives are telling me the best price out company can gave is 70k. Firstly there is no coordination and all executives are trying to sell at a minimum price to complete their target. On text message they are saying we can offer 1 lakh but within few mins price dropped to 30k. Most of them are fake reviews don’t get into trap.

Aug 21,2024First given me my i10 Yr 2014 Rate 260000. Then after inspection my car company given 60000 rate. Scrap rate given. So Car24 company is totaly Untrusted, Unreliable, Unfaithful company. So i advice you all do not buy sell from this company.
