My experience with Cars24 was terrible. The customer service was poor, and there were unwanted delays in the process. The service provided was inefficient, and overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Worst service staff no response very bad service westing time no one response specially shruthi from loan department and fared from car adviser whenever we can no response 100 times even WhatsApp as well no response they west out 8 days just Lying. I advice to cars 24 please look into this matter. To all don’t west your time for this worst cars24 service.

Pathetic experience.....while you inquire, the quote you get and athe actual price you receive,so, there is a huge difference and even the reasons they try to put are at all not convincing...so, my opinion worthless to visit...even there is a opinion gap when the test person comes to you and the actual report you receive....

Terrible customer service. Price offered on the car is 60% of market value, value offered by others. Customer reps constantly mislead. Initially they said price will be quoted on inspection, then they said 2 hours later and finally 24 hours as auction is going on. On being challenged, they were extremely rude. Would not recommend Cars24 at all. They tried to get away with lowball offers.
Cars24 tell something and they know well how to bargain with people during sale..

Multiple times got confirmation that executive will visit me for my car sale purpose . Multiple times they get detsils of car to be sold . Fixed schedules for executive visits but no one came . Disappointed fully. Will never again contact them . Thnx

Today in vadodara I had a chat with a executive he is so unprofessional and no manners atall how to talk with customer . I kindly request that please fire this type of executive right now .he is also using unprofessional language and asking me to start a business of scrap .he had called me from m. no. 224149 5793 at 3.00pm to 4.30 pm.

Cars24 app shows a price range but the sales guys quote 1lac less than that and share stupid reasons. Cars24 guys never provide a price quote inspite of multiple requests. It is like ebay where any one can quote a low price inspite of car value being higher and sales guys dont have any reason for that. Pathetic experience
I have reported hard clutch and low mileage issue of my Aulto 800 , I used car 24 warranty. Book a service call. I have visited the workshop. The supervisor Mr Sudip Smith Paul attend me I must mention he behaviour is so good. He solved the hard clutch issue. Now I will test the milage again. Hope it will be solved

I had a disappointing experience with Cars24. I applied for a job as a Car Advisor through Naukri.com. After successfully completing four rounds of interviews, I was informed that I would receive an offer letter. However, after waiting for ten days, I was told by the HR team that I was not selected due to my CIBIL score being low. This information was never mentioned during the interview process as a requirement for the role.
