Car 24 is worst company. This company is selling worst car. they are money minded service is very poor cars also very very poor. I bought grand I 10 nios car from car 24 . And now in 7k km created every time problem and car 24 staff is very bad they worst

What a Fakeness Cars24!! I want to bring your attention to a very serious issue I have been facing for over two months. I purchased a car in May of this year, and it has spent more time in your workshop than on the road. I am outraged and deeply dissatisfied with your services. It took you 1.5 months to address the heating issue in my car, and despite this extensive delay, the problem persists. When I finally got my car back after 1.5 months of "repair" work, your engineer assured me that all issues were resolved and the car was in perfect condition. Yet, 3 days back, after driving just 200 km, the same heating issue reoccurred. Your engineer also claimed that all faulty parts had been replaced, specifically mentioning the water pump. You made me wait endlessly, citing delays in acquiring the necessary parts. I reported the heating problem within the warranty period, but you took so long to address it that the time expired. The last time you took my car to the Gurgaon hub, it was returned to me after 1.5 months. I was informed that your team had fixed all the issues, so why am I facing the same problem again? During the last repair, your engineers used glue to fix the nuts instead of tightening them. Do you really have a competent team of engineers who can handle things properly? Now I feel that purchasing the car from Cars24 was my greatest mistake. I want my money back; I don't want this car anymore. Did I purchase this car just to keep bringing it back to your workshop and roam around Delhi NCR? And this time without informing me you shifted the car to your Gurgaon hub. Your dishonest practices in selling cars are appalling: You only disclose denting issues, neglecting to mention major problems. Your application intentionally omits critical information. Your after-sale services are atrocious. Your team exhibits a complete lack of customer service skills. I don't want your car anymore. You can keep it and teach your engineers how to tighten the nuts and properly fix the car.

How can I ensure CARS24 service??? My location is in Kithiyathode ( 5 to 10 km away from Cherthala) Your vehicle valuator ( from Alappuzha) is not at all ready to come after Cherthala as his area is restricted up to Cherthala even though my place “Kuthiathode“ is located in National Highway.

Cars 24 is a fraud company, they sold a car to us with fake inspection report, car found accidental in service history, they didn't take the car back. After that found challans, they are not paying challans for last 3 months, caused RC transfer process stucked. No one is responding for last 15 days. So people don't sell or buy the car from fraud like this company, 50% positive reviews shown are fake created there own to get rating increase.
