Sep 27,2024I regret buying a car from Cars24, as my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Within months of purchasing a used car, I encountered numerous issues, including AC failure, alignment problems, vibrations, and, most critically, engine overheating. Despite being under warranty, Cars24 failed to provide timely repairs. Their service was extremely slow, and I had to chase them for updates. Repeated requests for a courtesy car were either ignored or met with excuses, leaving me without a vehicle for weeks. Even when they eventually provided a courtesy car, it was in poor condition. To add to my frustration, I was billed for parts that didn’t fix the overheating issue. The communication from Cars24 was consistently unprofessional, and their service team lacked competence in diagnosing and fixing the problem. To make matters worse, they voided my warranty due to an external repair, even though their initial misdiagnosis led me to seek help elsewhere. This entire ordeal has cost me significant time and money, and the issue with the car remains unresolved after more than six months. I would strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Cars24. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable.

Sep 26,2024I will never recommend cars24 to anyone. I booked our car's inspection on 25th September, their inspection guy came and he told that he needs to drive this car, while driving he caused an accident and our car's boot was damaged completely. We called CARS24 customer care, the said that get it repaired from insurance and disconnected the call. They did not take any responsibility. And now they have given the price half of the price expected price and not responding to our queries and saying you can post your reviews we don't care . Please don't go with Cars24, they will damage your car and will not pay anything and will suggest a amount which is not acceptable at all. Pathetic experience with cars24

Sep 21,2024Cars24 is a Fraud group. The tech promises that the inspection amount will be refunded if we don't sell the car through them, ( will not be refunded if we sell) but Shailesh Gupta of cars24 says it is incorrect statement. Unfortunately, you can never reach back the same technician over the phone again. Basically a FRAUD group making losses in India, to themselves and customer.

Sep 20,2024The cars24 team is fraud. I had a safety critical issue with my car purchased. Notified them within one month of purchase, they are not covering issue under warranty (during car purchase, the representative will not share the warranty details until whole money transfer is done, which is another mode of cheating), says you have to repair them on your own. The issue was present during sale of car and the sales agent hide the issue from me. After sales service is very poor. In my case, the issue was exhaust manifold was malfunctioning. Also RC transfer process is not transparent. Better not to use car purchased from Cars24 until RC book transfer is done. If any accident occurs, insurance agency will not provide any claim even though u had documents saying you have purchased car and valid insurance certificate in your name. The major fact is that Cars24 representative will not tell you this thing during car purchase.

Sep 17,2024I have Purchase a car Kia Sonet hardly 1 year old. While finalising i asked Cars24 representative to supply car after removing seat covers on original seat. As the seat covers were very uncomfortable to seat. Even the cars24 representative confessed during test drives. But After finalising he refused to supply car with original seat(Without seat cover) , After taking the delivery i found that the original seat with airbag was damaged for fitting seat cover. So i generated 7day return request. Some how the didn't responded for the request during 7 days. After 7 days they started telling your 7 days are over and your request for return is closed. But the request is still open after 15 days in My mobile Application. i request everyone do understand their modes operandi while you purchase any car from them. I felt they are like roadside preowned car dealers.

Sep 15,2024Please don't fall for the trap - they fleece you of what they can until you find out what they are upto ... got a unsolicited call offering to sell my car - one guy came to inspect and then collected 350 Rs saying all false things .... not an iota of professionalism in the way they trap the customer ... the intent is so obvious when you realise ...sad that such companies get away cheating so many people . Reminded of the Byju s Scam - they finally come down to cheap tricks to sustain themselves... the guy who came to inspect told that within half an hour I would get a great price - and the price that he quoted was 30 % less than what I found anywhere ! My first response on seeing the price was " are you kidding me " ! Felt Stupid and Cheated ... I had doubted their genuinity the way they speak... too good to be true... the promises ..and finally after paying the amount- my fears were confirmed....
