Oct 07,2023First I did not know such businesses existed. After having my car stolen and writing it off as a parts car or in a container heading overseas. My car was found. USAA gave me the name of this company. I called and it all worked out. I gave 4 stars because it was not as fast as I had hoped. My car is in the hands of the wrecker service and thank God they did not charge me a space fee which could have been costly. It was there for 6 days. My CarVIO rep was the best Emily Cochran. I felt she was doing some hoop jumping on her end. If in such a situation again I would use and recommend CarVIO

Oct 06,2023After agreeing on price, submitting pictures including odometer, and having a signed purchase order was contacted and told the price was lowered. This was after I was contacted by the pickup party that was confirming pick up date and original price. After this I canceled deal.

Oct 05,2023They offered me the most for my car, so I ended up going with them. However, the experience with the towing company prevented me from giving them 5 stars, as they didn't give me a date and merely "sometime on Monday or Tuesday, the driver will call you when they are an hour away." The driver called when he was 30 mins away and still beat me to the car, so I'd guess he was more like 15 mins away. Frankly, its annoying. But the check cleared and I didn't get fired, so yay!
