Dec 15,2023Everything went smooth in the beginning with getting the Offer. I was told the people that were going to purchase the vehicle would get in touch with me i a couple of days to arrange the pick up. I am in a time crunch as the house is being sold and the Van needs to be removed b4 a certain date coming up soon. I have called the rep several times and sent multiple emails with no return correspondence except a call stating that they would text or call me with update last night.

Dec 04,2023I reached out to this company gave them all the information including pictures and they offered me a price and changed it then said they could come pick up the truck Saturday or Monday, I never heard back from him, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! I just received a phone call from one of the reps about my review, I was cursed out and hung up on! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! YOU WILL GET THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!

Nov 18,2023This was my first time using an online company for buying my car. I was offered 7k if I sent them my title. Then once they got it they said they made a mistake and on the price however they would pay me 2k less to go forward and I said yes at that point. They still never wired the money as stated so then they wanted to send someone to check out the car and then they would wire me. So at this point I don’t trust them anymore because they kept saying one thing and then changing the agreement. I decided to just request that they send the title back because I didn’t want anything more to do with them. In response to your reply It appears that you have a canned auto reply because you already sent me the title back prior to your message In closing I would’ve never sent you the title knowing that you would change the price and the terms of the agreement with me in order for you to get my title!. This is how you operate with the seller so save your canned response because you’re lying to the sellers who might use your services.

Nov 07,2023The amount of people that I had to talk to to get the vehicle picked up was ridiculous and no 2 people gave me the same information. I have yet to receive a check as when the car was finally picked up we were told the check would be mailed and I can’t get anyone to respond to me. Do not recommend!

Nov 03,2023CarVio gave me the best quote for my car that I was getting rid of. Took a lil longer for the guy to get back to me than I expected, but I was happy when he finally did the following day after i gave all my info bc he was actually EXTREMELY helpful n VERY nice n like I said, he gave me the best quote out of all the other places I had spoken to. I did however have an issue when it came to the day my car was supposed to be picked up. I know the site says that weather could potentially be an issue, so I called to make sure the car would be picked up that same day bc it was raining really hard that day, and I had to have it parked outside my job on the street w no plates but the tow truck guy assured me that it definitely would be (this was on a Friday). Then at the last minute, I was called and told that they weren't coming but would DEFINITELY be coming on Monday instead, which would mean that I would have to find a place to park my car w no plates over the weekend. My boss was nice enough to let me leave it parked ON HIS LAWN bc of this whole situation bc he understood "things happen". BUT THEN.....I called on Monday morning to make sure they would be coming to pick up the car (as promised) only to be told that they wouldn't be coming until Tuesday. So I naturally got very upset and asked to speak to whoever was in charge but was just passed around to a bunch of different ppl who kept telling me the same thing, "sorry for the inconvenience, but there's nothing we can do. Nobody can come until tomorrow". At that point I was so angry n upset, but I was at work, so what could I do? I basically just said "whatever, it's fine" n I was just willing to accept it and wait bc I kinda had no choice, but I actually ended up getting a call towards the end of the day from a VERY VERY NICE tow truck driver that works for the company that apparently had a cancellation for the day and he said he could come that same day, so it ended up working out. And I was truly grateful for him bc I'd like to think he probably could've gotten off early that night but instead decided to help me out. So to the gentleman Mike the tow truck driver, u saved the day. Thank u.😁

Nov 02,2023Went through the whole process of selling my vehicle to this company, yet when it was time for them to send someone to pick it up, they never went through with it. I called for weeks and no answer from anyone. I called the number of the company that was supposed to pick it up and they told me Carvio never sent them the request. I ended up selling my vehicle somewhere else. Horrible service. Do not recommend.

Dec 29,2023I sold my car to carvio sent pics videos title everything they asked for the check came in the last owners name I told them they still sent out a tow truck to pick up vehicle after a hr of me and tow truck guy calling all the numbers we have someone finally called us and said just release car you'll have new check tomorrow it's been 10 days and they will not respond to texts and calls as far as I'm concerned at this point my car has been stolen . This whole experience has been nothing but a nightmare
