Sep 04,2023This company does not stand behind its offer. Offer was for $525 and have car picked up, once deal was accepted, they told me where I could drop off the car. They tried to back out of the deal and offer less money. Salesman was rude, and they really don't have their stuff together

Sep 03,2023Simply put, services promised were never completed. Over a week of broken pickup scheduling promises. I ended up contacting another company who was able to come and pickup my vehicle. One way to rectify the situation would’ve been to have multiple tow services available instead of just one.

Sep 03,2023It was going smoothly until the pictures were sent and everything was set to go then I received a text saying that they noticed how I stated on the form that it was missing the cat.converter and that they'd only be able to give me half of the offer I already agreed and signed for which was $600. The price they wanted to give me was basically scrap price of $300. It disappointed me and I did not agree on the 300$ offer since we had already agreed to the $600 so this was a disappointment to me. I even have the document I signed of the agreement of $600. Other than this the company seemed pretty good to work with and it's cool they'd buy a car in any condition. And come tow it away for free.

Sep 01,2023Gave them all the information and was offered $2500 but when they emailed me the agreement to sign, it was only for $1500. I was was then informed that it was because they estimated it with lower mileage. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. I already had offers for the $2500 but stayed with them. 🤬😡 Now I have to put it back up for sale

Sep 01,2023They sent me everything on my phone which was awesome. I got it and sent it in a questionnaire that I have the guy that came and picked it up was on time. The only thing is he didn’t have my check so he gave me more cash and then came back with a check later which was fine. Very nice gentleman. It was a wonderful experience, but at first I was kind of scared to do it because you’re so early people out there that are scammers but everybody on the phone that I talk to was awesome very nice and friendly
