Oct 25,2023I was very pleased how quickly and efficiently I was dealt with and how easy it was to join the NHS Fellowship which enabled me to take out the travel insurance. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. I will never think of looking elsewhere for my travel insurance in the future and my only disappointment is that my husband can't also join me on the policy due to his age.

Oct 19,2023Generally an excellent, reasonably priced insurance provider. Never had any issues and usually got prompt responses and quick updates. Just don’t have a modified vehicle. They’ll charge you quite a lot per modification. Modified vehicles are clearly not their specialty.

Oct 19,2023Telephone service to take out travel insurance was clear and straightforward. Cover appears to suit my needs Documents were sent by email but didn’t arrive? This was quickly rectified on a second call. As this was only a couple of weeks ago I can’t say a lot more.

Oct 19,2023CSIS was a fantastic insurance provider but my recent transaction with them in changing my car the cost was nearly double so I think when my insurance comes up for renewal it might be adios to CSIS after nearly 30years

Oct 19,2023Had difficulty trying to use on line application. Ended up telephoning company. Spoke with very helpful nice lady who handled my application without any problems. The insurance cover was exactly what I required and at a reasonable price for twelve months world wide cover including cruise. No requirement to disclose medical information. So long as fit to travel

Oct 19,2023Getting past that age of 70 was beginning to cause me concerns about the reasonable costs of travel insurance. My wife and I travel extensively in UK and EU, the costs were rising, the previous company was limiting our access to travel by imposing cost restraints. We were looking for a WW travel cover, and finally; upon contacting CSIS, we got exactly what we were looking for, at a reasonable price, and having joined up, as long as medically we remain fit, we will still be eligible. Thanks CSIS, just what we were looking for.

Nov 19,2023Very helpful information given over the phone on my original enquiry. This was followed up by an email with the application form being sent to me straight away. I was then able to complete the paperwork and send copies back by email. All agreed for my travel insurance, promptly and efficiently. Thank You!
