Dec 20,2023Good staff and very efficient but their pricing is terrible. My motor insurance increased by some 50% in the Autumn so I left for a better quote with the RAC. Now they want to increase my house insurance by 70% so I am again heading for the exit. I can't understand how they remain competitive.

Dec 06,2023My request for a quotation for a buildings and contents policy was handled very competently - although business-like, it was done in a very pleasant manner. I received a quotation which was quite a little lower than the two previous ones I had had from other insurers. So I accepted it immediately without looking elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful, and additional cover arranged without fuss or hassle, and new insurance certificate arrived by email within a matter of minutes. Good old fashioned service - a rarity these days.
