Nov 28,2024I have used CSIS for a number of years. Even doing comparison sites for car insurance they always beat other prices. The staff are the best u can be in contact with. So nice to be addressed as Mr. On this occasion Tim and Belinda were my contacts outstanding. I highly recommend them

Nov 15,2024After my wife was given the all clear to travel again after cancer treatment, I contacted NARPO CSiS to enquire about placing a new travel scheme for World wide cover. I was dealt with by an excellent call handler called Hannah. She was so nice and proficient and within a very short time, we had answered all of her questions and paid for a policy that covered our needs. She dealt with me empathetically and advised that we should quickly have a lovely holiday in the sun to aid her recovery. This brought a tear to my wife’s eye and she went off to start looking for somewhere. Just to add that we are both into our 70’s and really appreciate such great service. Well done CSiS and Hannah. Nov 14,2024The First Lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and polite which helped me almost make up my mind about taking out the policy. I had a few questions and ‘phoned back but felt that the next two operatives I spoke to weren’t that helpful to be honest. However I have purchased the policy.

Nov 08,2024I was very pleased that, although the company only accepts people for annual policies, the cost of joining is graded depending on when in the year you take one out. It is also good that there is no 80+ bar, provided you join before reaching the age of 80.

Nov 08,2024I am.84 years of age and I needed a 'European cover' one year holiday insurance. This was my first dealing with CSIS and the business was conducted by telephone. The person I was dealing with was highly professional and very helpful. I did not time the discussion but I reckon the entire business was transactein less than half an hour. I highly recommend CSIS.
