Ryan was very helpful and didn't pressure us to take on the new contract. He gave us time to read the contract overnight and he corrected the few errors that we found, straight away. He phoned us to see if we had any questions before we signed the contract. Again, no pressure from him. He was always polite, cheerful and good humoured. He made the whole experience very easy and stressless. Thank you Ryan.

On phone to review contract to get quote on new contract been on phone for 30min and still no answer is this a con to trap you in to out of contract rates at higher rates ps customers service you need to answer your phone

How bad can a Company be run so bad in communications How bad can a communications company be run. With all new technology you still send letters out with We have been trying to get in touch with you about your account with us ? No specific reason to phone a number and when you do its pressing the keypad time, when you do answer it's we are busy and music which sounds like its on a cassette tape recorded back in the 70s. either the line goes dead or you sit there for 60 min or more waiting, this is not customers care. your prices since 2017 have increased so much your not even competitive in the marketplace. you Automatically renew contracts in mid term ? i enquired when my contract was due to end i was told December 2024. I received a letter that it was in November 2024, 10 days after it was sent my list goes on and on the Company has changed its Name from Kinex to Clear Business but that does not make it perform any better . How can you bill a phone line for a full 31 days when a contract finished 21 days earlier. im so happy that i'm No longer with this provider if i could give you No Stars i would. further to my sorry state of affairs with this Company 3 Months down the line with a complaint of overcharging, i received money back That became debit to my phone account that i know longer have became a credit ? i'm still receiving Invoices for equipment and apps i haven't used since 9th November (I Have a new provider) Clear Business are taking the money from the money they owe Me to pay of the invoices, just dont get involved with Clear business 3 months down the line and im still making phone calls and time wasted waiting for them to answer.

i havnt had any internet for 5 months but bills keep rolling in they cant resume service signed new contact still no internet sorryiest thing ever did was use this company would avoid like the plague no one ever gets back to you this is a true reflection of there company do not use

Just finished calling Clear Business and was very impressed by operator Zoe who handled my call brilliantly. Very clear speaker with a dash of good humour and very polite with it. Full marks. This is the way a call should be handled.

I had to deal with a very complex water issue today and I dreaded making the phone call. However, I spoke to JOHN GODDARD who was excellent in dealing with my concerns. He took time to both explain the current situation which I couldn't' fathom from by account details and went back to last year to track changes and deal with my contract and billing queries. He offered to transfer me to the billing team, but there was ultimately no need to do so. I now have no concerns in contacting Clear Business knowing that there are efficient, professional and friendly staff on the end of a phone line.

I was a day late in submitting a meter reading so Clear Business issued an invoice with a ridiculous meter reading which left me with a huge bill. After 2 phone calls and an email which was ignored they have said: 1. They cannot change the invoice but suggested that I cancel the direct debit 2. On questioning this they then said I would be charged a fee if I cancelled the direct debit. 3. They ignored the email I sent 4. Called and spoke to a rude lady, who insisted on speaking very fast in a strong accent so I had difficulty understanding her, said that it will take 28 days to refund me. 5. When I questioned this she said that it was there process to take 28 days to process a BACs payment. 6. When I asked where in the contract it said that they will take 28 days to process a refund I was told it doesn't matter what our contract is. 7. Darryl, the manager, refused to speak to me. All in a very frustrating process taking up my time dealing with these rude people.

Avoid Clear Business Water at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. I lodged a complaint with Clear Business Water on 15th October 2024, after discovering that they had been charging me for two years for a water supply they do not provide. I was assured the issue would be resolved within 14 days. Here we are 121 days later, and not only have they failed to fix their blatant error, but they also call me every single day demanding payment for a service they do not supply! This company is either completely incompetent or outright fraudulent. They ignore complaints, fail to uphold their own commitments, and harass customers instead of fixing their mistakes. I now demand to speak directly to the company’s directors—Emma Louise Groves, Lee Robert Hull, Georgina Kathryn Lord, and Jonathon William Perkins—to address the clear mismanagement of this business under their stewardship. It is appalling that a company can operate in such a disgraceful manner, failing to correct their own errors while continuing to pursue unjust payments. If you value your time, money, and sanity—stay far away from Clear Business Water!

Very disappointed with this company. I have been acting on behalf of my elderly father & have never had to deal with such incompetence in my life! His electric contract was coming up for renewal this month. Instead of renewing we decided to have the meter removed as the building was no longer in use. Meter was removed at the beginning of January,all good it seems! I asked the repeatedly to let me know when to pay for removing meter which is £272.00 Inc VAT. Some weeks later I received a threatening letter demanding £272.00 or they will come & remove the meter!? I contacted them & explained the situation again & paid the bill. Then I noticed added to next months invoice another charge for the meter removal! Contacted them again & apparently they can’t reverse this so will be taken out of my father’s account.Then we will have to request a refund! Today my father has been contacted by them after specific instructions to only contact me, to inform him if he doesn’t pay the bill then they will send a locksmith at his expense to remove the meter!! He has always paid his bill through direct debit so I don’t understand this harassment of a vulnerable old man.It beggars belief how on earth they run this organisation. There seems to be no one joining up the dots which is them impacting people like my father & myself causing significant stress & anxiety to us both. Avoid this company at all costs!
