My past experiences with Clear Business were not satisfactory, and this morning, I called with the intention of canceling my contract. However, everything changed when Mr. Lee answered my call. His extensive knowledge, patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness completely transformed my perspective on your company. Without any pressure, he provided me with clear, well-informed guidance, which not only convinced me to continue my water contract but also led me to entrust him with my business’s phone, card machine, internet, and insurance services—all with confidence and enthusiasm. I truly wish that everyone could learn from Mr. Lee’s exemplary work ethic and dedication. He values customers, listens attentively to their concerns, and treats them with the utmost respect, even when they lack knowledge in certain areas. If I had someone as loyal and hardworking as Mr. Lee in my own business, I would certainly reward them generously. I am writing this review with great pride and appreciation for the outstanding service I received. Previously, I was frustrated by my interactions with the company—many representatives were impatient, inattentive, or even rude. On multiple occasions, I waited on hold for over 30 minutes, only to have the call disconnected without any follow-up. However, today, Mr. Lee went above and beyond by promptly calling me back twice after an unexpected disconnection, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed. Avoid Clear Business at all costs! Absolutely awful experience that continues on! Switched telecoms & broadband away from them last year which was dreadful experience and have been trying to switch electricity since December as our contract was ending in January - Clear Business have been objecting the switch since and giving no explanation as to why, in the mean time they go out of their way to avoid dealing with us and are charging through the roof as we are out of contract- they do not reply to emails and if you call they leave you on hold for around an hour at a time (many times), and even yesterday - two hours wasted as I was ended up being cut off (not the first times) after being put on hold for ages, not once but twice by agents who just did not want to do the work to be helpful and work with us to resolve this. They are unprofessional and incompetent - they only want your money. I hate to think of anyone vulnerable having to deal with such a company and its agents who have absolutely no duty of care for it's customers.

All great until it goes wrong and then heaven help you. It takes forever to get connected to faults (after selecting many options) and then they don't call you back. I've tried to leave but am locked in by contract. Who knows why they want to keep such an unhappy customer. I shall be going down the Oftel route.

This company have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I was talked into opening 3 mobile phone contracts with them 3 years ago I've had nothing but problems since! This company constantly put blocks on the sim card causing the phones to either have no data or be unable to receive text messages, when I call to rectify this and ask why it keeps happening I just get fobbed off saying they're unsure even though they admit the bill limits have not been exceeded etc. I have still been expected to pay the monthly charge of the contracts even when for part of the month i've been left with phones that do not work. These problems wouldn't be as bad if it weren't for the fact they are business phones and it takes hours out of my working day also to try calling the tech team (I can be left on hold for half an hour when calling), each time I have called they will read me a speech of what to do 'turn the phone on and off if it doesn't work call back tomorrow', as expected it doesn't work and I call back to have to go through everything again as they don't seem to care to take any notes surrounding the previous phone calls, another waste of my time, they then tell me to do the same thing again. It has once taken me three weeks to have a problem resolved in which time one of my mobiles were left without sms and phone calls, I have never been so frustrated in my life with a company! I am now trying to leave the company, to take my current numbers over but yet again I am faced with problems and lies! I have request a PAC code for one of the phones three times, twice i've been told that if it doesn't come through as a message i should call back and will be given it over the phone, twice after this i've been told no we cant do that, so who's the liar? I've now been told the last resort will be to send me a new sim card (this will be the 3rd sim card i've had to have for this phone), so now i'm to wait for this to arrive just to get a PAC code so i'm able to leave this shambles of a company! DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE!

Jonathan is always professional and can't help enough. Everything we need is dealt with in a timely manner and the process is always smooth. Clear Business are our go to water supplier as a Landlord.

We have a fault with phones, and trying to contact you is hard work! To tell us someone will contact us about it within 2 weeks is not acceptable! Companies need their phones working! Been on hold over 40 minutes on a mobile - emails take days to respond to! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE - PEOPLE NEED TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT YOU EASIER!
