Although I have had to call 3 times with average waiting time of 10 minutes before I hung up, I eventually got through to Megan who acted professionally and efficiently in renewing my Contract. She even managed to reduce my payments - result!!

Just when you thought this company couldn't get any worse. Trying to switch as my contract is ending and now they are refusing to allow another company to take over. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 6 months of fighting with them, they are completely unable to understand a change in circumstance and owe me hundreds of pounds that I will likely never see.
Needed to upgrade to a fibre plan for our business. We got a call from Anthony Clarke were he explained clearly how we could upgrade and the costs. Was very easy to set up with no hassle and we got a good deal.
Danyal was great, talked a non tech savvy woman through the forms, great however I was then put through to cancel my phone line & spent 33 mins on hold & had to give up as I had an appointment to go to. Not very impressed, will have to try again today, it does make you wonder about customer service.

Cut my phone line and broadband off with 6 months on my contract remaining. I run an ecom business so this has had a serious effect. They now want to sign me up for a 24 month contract just to reconnect me. Customer service are jokers. Can’t hear them due to the background noise. Long wait times on hold. No call backs. Emails take 2 weeks to get a response. The live chat function is no where to be seen and they keep trying to get me to write in via the post. This company is useless at best but is dishonest too.
Terrible company, changed to Clear Business, and rather than waiting to take over the line, they installed their own, So we are now paying 2 companies for phone lines. The first company wants £800 for the disconnection fees. We have been trying to sort this out for months and Clear Business are CLEARLY not interested in resolving the issue
Worst company ever. Terrible when I took them on. Terrible when I’ve left. Been getting harassed for the last three months for a bill I don’t owe. Because this incompetent organisation can’t seem to process a final bill. The I get rude outbound calls centre staff with little to no customer service skills trying to tell me about my lack of willingness to comply. Wish this organisation goes bust with immoral tree effect and some one bigger and better takes over as clear business and the Vera star group in general trash lol
