I had an issue with my electricity account which was dealt with efficiently by Jamie Todd. He explained everything and how the issue had arisen. He said he'd phone me back to save me waiting on the phone while he rectified the matter and he called back as promised without much delay. Very good service.
After spending much of this afternoon trying to resolve how I can have payments taken in respect of electricity (as well as for water) in my customer zone, it was a great pleasure to speak with MACEY who took control of the situation and gave me assurance that this simple matter would be addressed and resolved by tomorrow.
Call me naive but I haven’t looked outside Clear Business for my utility provision for several years purely down to Richard Graham and my relationship with him. I put a monetary value on that relationship. He’s always available to sort things out when I need him and I trust him to put my needs first and when it comes to new contracts that he’ll work to get the best deal available for my business.
