Bought my first home and went to register for electricity, just to be told it was “objected to” by the previous supplier. After some searching I found out it was this company objecting to this. I have absolutely no contract or any relationship with them whatsoever, so no idea how you can possibly hold my electricity supply hostage. It is my right to choose my supplier. No problem if you want to continue to supply me, but I have no obligation to pay for any of it. Whatever past relationship you had is not with the property. My only concern is what happens if the lights and heating just go off in the middle of winter in the Highlands! You can be sure to hear from my lawyer and solicitor if this happens. Update to their response: I’ve already spoken to you on the phone and via social media. Completely useless and a waste of time, barely comprehensible and asking me to fill out a form which can’t be submitted without specific customer information, which I obviously don't have, as I’m not even a registered customer with yourselves - that’s the whole point!
After being charged for a phone line I cancelled 18 months ago, my issue has finally been resolved- huge thank you to Lisa Bate, hopefully I’ve got her name right, she was very sweet, efficient and ensured I was happy before finishing our interaction, so again- thank you Lisa.
After needing a major tech update for my small business, I spoke to Nathan Brown who offered lots of knowledge and advice. In once short phone call, I'd updated my phone infrastructure and jettisoned my business into the modern age. No-one has the time to deal with your company, it all takes so long. This is not a difficult issue. Rather than writing the standard apology, please can you call me so I can get on with something more enjoyable, like sticking pins in my eyes.

Feb 04,2025Always easy to deal with Clear Business. I've been with them since they were called Kinex. David Hunter helped me on the phone today sort out all of the different parts to my contracts as I am with them for gas, electricity, phone line, pdq etc and he made sure I had the best deals they can offer. He was patient with any alterations I needed to make and I would keep them as my supplier if I continue to receive such good customer service.
