Jan 29,2025If you want to waste an inordinate amount of time in your working day then this is the supplier for you. You will spend many hours on the phone either wating to speak to someone or when you do speak to someone they barely speak English or they just tell you to "switch it off and turn it on again" anyone would think they were auditioning for a part in Little Britain. You will have clearer and more reliable communication using a tin can and string. The phone system and internet provided by Clear business has cost us lots of money and wasted time. They should consider renaming to unclear business as you can never seem to speak to anyone with any ability or authority. I strongly advise record any calls you have with them (although they don't much like this when you inform them calls are being recorded and generally hang up) I would like to warn any small business not to use this company and avoid at all costs.

Jan 28,2025Do not use this company they are unprofessional, uncaring and will do anything to rip you off. I had a pub 3yrs ago Clear Business supplied the water, not my choice but they were adamant the they had a contract with the pub and that I was obliged to take the contract over. On leaving the pub 1yr on I notified them and gave a meter reading and waited for the final bill, normallly around £150 p/m. To my horror after about 2yrs I got a demand for over £5000. Got straight on the phone asked what this was for to which they replied for the last 2 years water comsumption. I explained I no longer had the premises and that the bill was not mine. All seemed good my account was to be closed. WRONG a week lated a demand for over £6000 then £8500. Starting to panic as they had now passed this to debt collectors. I called the coolectio agents and explained this was not mine said it would be sorted. After a further 6 mths of calls they finally agreed the bill was not mine and credited £5000 but said I was liable for the balance as these were late charges and interest. A further 6mths on it was agreed I didnt owe these either but there was a small balance if £168 o/s ok I happy to pay that. I then get a statement showing a credit balance i'd overpaid albeit only £47 but out of principle that is my money and due to the stress they have caused I am determined to get it back. We are now 5mths in, several emails & phone calls promises of the payment and still nothing. Just false promises & excuses. PLEASE PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY

Jan 28,2025AVOID AVOID AVOID. After being a customer of Kinex for many years, Clear Business took the business over. We have been away during the time our business contract for electricity was up for renewal, so they auto renewed us without our consent and will not let us out of it as we contacted them 6 days too late! They keep referring that this is allowed in the small print of our original contract. And worse even still they've put the prices up from the inflated prices we were paying this last year. The unit price has gone from 35.27p up to 40.97p. How this can be legal is beyond me. We have other services with them which we most definitely move once they come up for renewal.
