At Escape, we have a lot of business accounts with Clearbusiness for electricity, gas, water and telecoms. I've realised that nothing is ever straightforward when it comes to utilities, particularly when taking over a new property, but Richard in the Premier Accounts team is always very helpful and patient when it comes to sorting any issues that arise, and gets the job done. Have also found pricing to be competitive both for new accounts and at renewal which Richard also handles for us.

Numerous billing errors on landline account. Impossible to contact anyone on phone, hanging on hold for over an hour today (and on many previous occasions) before giving up. Several previous attempts to rectify problem failed. Although customer service are very courteous and seem to want to help, they appear to not understand, so nothing is sorted out properly. Now just want to cancel.

Feb 02,2025Yet again let down by clear button and business was advised by manager, took over a month for them to contact me about a previous complaint, was told they would get back to me in 2 days... That I would get £50 in compensation due to the problems I have had with the company. So far I have only been sent £10 and don't hold out much hope for the rest!! You couldn't have written the amount of problems I have had with this vompany
